A head assembly having ancillary fan assemblies can be operationally mounted to the outlet of a conventional harvester extractor. The ancillary fan assemblies can generally direct suspended trash materials in a substantially upward and laterally outboard direction toward both lateral sides of a harvester. A duct assembly having an inlet and an outlet generally extends from each ancillary fan assembly to a position generally above a track of a harvester. Trash material expelled by a harvester extractor enters the head assembly and is directed by the ancillary fan assemblies into each of the duct assemblies, through said duct assemblies, and onto the upper surfaces of the tracks of the harvester. The trash material is then conveyed by the tracks toward the front or forward portion of the harvester, where it falls off of the tracks generally in the path of the harvester. As the harvester continues moving forward, the harvester runs over the deposited organic trash material, plowing the organic trash material into the underlying terrain.

A work machine for harvesting crop includes a controller and an engine. The controller is configured to command operation of the engine in accordance with various power curves based on sensed factors associated with the harvested crop. The work machine stores the harvested crop in a tank to be unloaded by an unloading auger which is powered by the engine. Prior to activation of the unloading auger, the controller commands the engine to operate in accordance with a power curve associated with a reduced power level to reserve power for operation of the unloading auger.

System for Removing Waste from an Agricultural Harvester and Agricultural Harvester

A system for removing debris from an agricultural harvester includes a flow splitter supported relative to an outlet of a chopper assembly of the harvester such that the flow splitter at least partially extends within a stream of processed crop material discharged from the chopper assembly. The flow splitter is configured to divide the stream of processed crop material into separate crop material flows for receipt within an extraction chamber of the agricultural harvester.

Harvest header with adjustable transverse conveyor screw

A harvest header for a harvesting machine includes a carrying frame, a mechanism for receiving or cutting harvest material from a field, a control device, a power-operated actuator operably controlled by the control device, and a transverse conveyor screw movably controlled between two or more positions. The position of the transverse conveyor screw is adjustably controlled by the actuator in order to transport the harvest material to a discharge opening. The control device independently controls the actuator based on at least one harvest material property.

PROCESSOR ROLL GAP CONTROL USING CROP MOISTURE CONTENT

A harvester implement includes a crop processor operable to process a crop material to alter a characteristic of the crop material, such as a percent fracture of a kernel. A moisture sensor is operable to sense data related to a moisture content of the crop material. A computing device receives the data from the moisture sensor and determines an actual moisture content of the crop material. The computing device may then adjust the crop processor based on the actual moisture content of the crop material to achieve a desired level of alteration to the characteristic of the crop material. For example, the computing device may adjust a roll gap of the kernel processor based on the moisture content of the crop material.

A lawn mower includes a blade, a deck assembly, and a drive assembly. The deck assembly is formed with an accommodation cavity configured to at least partially accommodate the blade. The drive assembly includes a drive shaft configured to drive the blade to rotate about a rotation axis. The deck assembly includes a top wall, a side wall, and a protrusion. The top wall is formed with a through hole for the drive shaft to pass through. The side wall is connected to a periphery of the top wall. The protrusion portion is at least partially disposed on the side wall and protrudes from the side wall. A projection of the protrusion portion on a plane perpendicular to the rotation axis is at least partially located within a projection of a cutting region of the blade on the plane. The lawn mower has a strong grass-shredding capability.

A harvester for bedded plants having a driving mechanism having two sets of wheels or tracks positioned on opposing sides of a plant bed. An adjustable “U” shaped frame allows the legs connected to the wheels/tracks to be elongated or shortened with the cross member also being elongated to meet the demands of the particular plant bed. Secured to the cross member is a harvest mechanism which grips and cuts the plants stock, removes the flowers and or leaves, and then deposits the harvested material into a receiving bin.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR IDENTIFYING LENGTHS OF PARTICLES

A method and system for identifying lengths of a particle in a flow of harvested material comprising particles in an agricultural harvester is disclosed. The agricultural harvester has at least one work assembly for harvesting a crop or for processing harvested material of the crop and can be adjusted using machine parameters. The harvested material is transported as a flow of harvested material through the agricultural harvester while the agricultural harvester is operating. The agricultural harvester has a camera that takes images of the flow of harvested material, with a computing unit of the agricultural harvester analyzing the images of the flow of harvested material in an analytical routine thereby finding particle lengths of particles of the flow of harvested material that are an excess length. The analytical routine is based on a machine learning method trained to find particles with the excess length, with the computing unit using the analytical routine to ascertain an amount of particles with the excess length.
