A touch display device includes a display cathode electrode, a first touch cathode electrode adjacent to and disposed in the same layer as the display cathode electrode, a first touch line coupled with a touch driving circuit, a first touch bridge coupled with the first touch line, a second touch cathode electrode adjacent to and disposed in the same layer as the display cathode electrode, a second touch line coupled with the touch driving circuit, and a second touch bridge coupled with the second touch line. The first touch cathode electrode is electrically separated from and the second touch cathode electrode is electrically shorted with the display cathode electrode. The first touch bridge is coupled with the first touch cathode electrode. The second touch bridge is separated from the second touch cathode electrode, and the second touch line and the second touch cathode electrode are separated from each other.

A display device including a transmission area having improved transmittance and a method of manufacturing the same are provided. The display device includes: a substrate including a display area and a peripheral area outside the display area, the display area having a transmission area and a pixel area; a display element corresponding to the pixel area and including a pixel electrode, an intermediate layer on the pixel electrode, and a counter electrode on the intermediate layer; a photoluminescent layer corresponding to the transmission area and including a photoluminescent material; and an auxiliary layer on the photoluminescent layer, wherein the counter electrode includes a first material, the auxiliary layer includes a second material, and the first material is higher in surface energy than the second material, at room temperature.

The present application provides a display screen, a display device and a method of manufacturing the display screen, and relates the field of display technology. The display screen includes an array substrate, an anode layer, a light-emitting layer and a cathode layer which are stacked in sequence; the light-emitting layer includes a plurality of light-emitting units and a pixel definition layer separating the light-emitting units from each other, and the pixel definition layer is a transparent layer; the cathode layer is provided with a hollow-out area corresponding to the pixel definition layer, the hollow-out area has a semitransparent portion and a light transmitting portion penetrating through the cathode layer. The present application can improve the transmittance of the cathode layer corresponding to the pixel definition layer by disposing the light transmitting portion, thereby improving an effect of the photosensitive element acquiring an image.
LIGHT EMISSION DISPLAY ELEMENT AND DEVICE WITH POLARIZED AND ANGULARLY-CONTROLLED OUTPUT
Various embodiments set forth light emission display elements, and display devices that include such display elements. In some embodiments, a display element includes an electroluminescent light source and a pair of reflective elements that form a resonant cavity for a particular range of wavelengths and/or a particular polarization of light. One or both of the reflective elements can include meta-reflectors, such as anisotropic meta-reflectors or chiral meta-reflectors. An optional waveplate can be placed between the reflective elements to adjust the polarization state of light emitted by the display element.

The pixel definition layer includes barrier wall structures defining openings exposing the anode layer, the light-emitting layer is at least located in openings, the cathode layer includes cathode blocks located in openings, and the auxiliary metal layer includes first metal wiring portions extending along a first direction; and cathode connection lines located among the cathode blocks. Cathode connection lines connect the cathode blocks in openings and, along a direction perpendicular to a plane of the substrate, at least a portion of the cathode connection lines are parallel to multiple first metal wiring portions adjacent to the portion of the cathode connections lines.
DISPLAY DEVICE AND AN ELECTRONIC DEVICE HAVING THE SAME
A display device includes a first area and a second area adjacent to the first area. A light emitting element may be disposed on the first area, and a pixel circuit connected to the light emitting element may be disposed on the second area. The first area includes a low transmittance area overlapping a cathode of a first pixel and a cathode of a second pixel and a high transmittance area that does not overlap the cathode of the first pixel and the cathode of the second pixel. Each of the cathode of the first pixel and the cathode of the second pixel receives a power voltage having a constant level during a first period and receives a driving signal during a second period.
