Provided are a display panel and a manufacturing method therefor, and a display device. The display panel includes a base substrate first and second light emitting units, and first and second pixel circuits driving the first and second light emitting units to emit light, respectively the second pixel circuit includes first and second via holes, a drain in the second pixel circuit has first and connection terminals and a connection body extending along a first direction, the first via hole connects the first connection terminal with an active layer in the second pixel circuit, the connection body has a length greater than or equal to a length of a storage capacitor in the first direction, a first wire is on a side of a source-drain electrode layer, to the second connection terminal through the second via hole, connects to an anode of the second light emitting unit.
DISPLAY DEVICE
A display device is provided, which may certainly become a dark spot in only an area in which particles occur. The display device comprises a substrate provided with a display area for displaying an image by a plurality of subpixels, a driving transistor provided over the substrate, first electrodes respectively provided in the plurality of subpixels over the driving transistor, a light emitting layer provided over the first electrodes, second electrodes respectively provided in the plurality of subpixels over the light emitting layer, and a cathode connection line provided between the plurality of subpixels. Each of the second electrodes includes a plurality of divided electrodes, and a bridge electrode connecting the plurality of divided electrodes to each other or connecting the plurality of divided electrodes with the cathode connection line.
Display device
A display device includes a display area that includes sub-pixels arranged in a matrix having rows and columns, pixels formed of the combination of two sub-pixels, from which light of different wavelength regions is emitted, image signal lines arranged by two columns, scanning signal lines arranged by one in each row, pixel transistors disposed in the respective sub-pixels in which one image signal line is connected to a source of each pixel transistor, and the one scanning signal line is connected to a gate of the pixel transistor, light emitting elements that each emit light on the basis of a potential of a drain of the pixel transistor, and a drive circuit that applies a conduction potential for rendering the pixel transistors conductive to two scanning signal lines corresponding to two adjacent rows at the same time.
DISPLAY PANEL AND DISPLAY DEVICE
A display panel and a display device are provided. The display panel includes a cathode layer formed with a first gap therein, and at least one touch control layer not being disposed at a side of the cathode layer away from a substrate. Electric field lines generated after a finger touches a screen are not shielded by the cathode layer, so that the touch control layer may not be entirely or partially disposed over the cathode layer along a direction away from a backplate.
LIGHT EMITTING DISPLAY APPARATUS
A light emitting display apparatus includes a substrate including a plurality of pixels each including an emission area; a light extraction pattern including a plurality of concave portions in the emission area; and a light emitting portion over the light extraction pattern, wherein at least one of the plurality of concave portions has a curvature of 0.217 μm.sup.−1 to 0.311 μm.sup.−1.
Light emitting diode and fabrication method thereof, array substrate and display panel
The present disclosure is related to a light emitting diode. The light emitting diode includes a first transparent electrode layer; a light emitting layer on the first transparent electrode layer; a reflective electrode layer on a surface of the light emitting layer opposite from the first transparent electrode layer, and a second transparent electrode layer. The reflective electrode layer may include transmission hole. The second transparent electrode layer may cover or fill the transmission hole. The transmission hole may be configured to transmit light emitted from the light emitting layer to pass through the second transparent electrode layer.
ELECTROLUMINESCENT DISPLAY DEVICE
An electroluminescent display device includes a substrate, a first electrode on the substrate, a connection pattern on the substrate and formed of a same material as the first electrode, a bank covering edges of the first electrode and the connection pattern and including a hydrophobic bank, a light-emitting layer on the first electrode, a second electrode on the light-emitting layer, the bank, and the connection pattern, and a conductive bank between the second electrode and the connection pattern, wherein the second electrode is in contact with a side surface of the conductive bank.
ELECTRONIC DEVICE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR ELECTRONIC DEVICE
An electronic device may include a substrate, a plurality of first electrodes located on a first surface of the substrate, a plurality of organic layers located on top of the first electrodes, and a second electrode, located on top of the organic layers, that spreads so as to overlap the plurality of first electrodes in planar view. The second electrode may include a plurality of unit regions demarcated based on the plurality of first electrodes and a plurality of apertures, located in the unit regions, that do not overlap the first electrodes in planar view. Each unit region includes a unit region center point located in a center of the unit region in planar view. Each aperture includes an aperture center point located in a center of the aperture in planar view. The plurality of apertures may include a plurality of D11 apertures each displaced toward a D11 side with respect to the unit region center point and a plurality of D12 apertures each displaced toward a D12 side with respect to the unit region center point. The D12 side is a side opposite to the D11 side in planar view.
Touch display device
A touch display device includes a display cathode electrode, a first touch cathode electrode adjacent to and disposed in the same layer as the display cathode electrode, a first touch line coupled with a touch driving circuit, a first touch bridge coupled with the first touch line, a second touch cathode electrode adjacent to and disposed in the same layer as the display cathode electrode, a second touch line coupled with the touch driving circuit, and a second touch bridge coupled with the second touch line. The first touch cathode electrode is electrically separated from and the second touch cathode electrode is electrically shorted with the display cathode electrode. The first touch bridge is coupled with the first touch cathode electrode. The second touch bridge is separated from the second touch cathode electrode, and the second touch line and the second touch cathode electrode are separated from each other.
Display panels, display screens, and display terminals
A display panel, a display screen, and a display terminal are provided. The display panel includes a substrate and a plurality of wavy first electrodes disposed on the substrate. The plurality of first electrodes extend in parallel in the same direction and have an interval between adjacent first electrodes. In an extending direction of the first electrode, a width of the first electrode changes continuously or intermittently, and the interval changes continuously or intermittently.
