DISPLAY PANEL AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SAME
A display panel and a method of manufacturing the display panel are disclosed. By providing a cathode inhibition layer, when a cathode layer is formed by a full-surface vapor deposition process, the cathode layer deposited on the cathode inhibition layer is thinner, or no cathode layer is deposited on the cathode inhibition layer, so as to greatly improve light transmittance of a light-transmissive area. In addition, an area ratio of the cathode inhibition layer and a first display area is specifically set. In this manner, light transmittance of the first display area can be increased as much as possible based on a premise of ensuring a normal display of the first display area.
DISPLAY SUBSTRATE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR, AND DISPLAY APPARATUS
A display substrate includes a flexible substrate, a cathode layer located on a first side of the flexible substrate and at least one insulating layer located between the flexible substrate and the cathode layer. The flexible substrate includes at least one stretchable region, the stretchable region extends from the display area to the non-display area, and the stretchable region is provided with a plurality of holes arranged in an array therein. A border of the cathode layer is located in the non-display area. The at least one insulating layer is configured to expose the plurality of holes, the at least one insulating layer is provided with at least one partition groove therein, an orthographic projection of a partition groove on the flexible substrate is disposed around a hole of the plurality of holes, and the partition groove is configured to partition the cathode layer.

A separation wall is provided in a frame shape along a circumferential edge of a through-hole in a non-display region, in which the through-hole is formed, defined in an island shape inside a display region. The separation wall includes a wall base portion provided in a frame shape by a part of a second interlayer insulating film and a resin layer provided in an eave shape on the wall base portion to extend to a through-hole side and a display region side. Opening portions opening upward are provided on peripheries of the wall base portion on the through-hole side and the display region side in the second interlayer insulating film.
Touch display device
A touch display device comprises a substrate; planarization film disposed over the substrate; an anode electrode and a touch metal disposed on the planarization film; a bank disposed over the planarization film on which the anode electrode and the touch metal are disposed, and the bank including a first cavity exposing the anode electrode and a second cavity exposing the touch metal; an organic light emitting layer disposed in the first cavity and disposed over the anode electrode; and a cathode electrode disposed over the organic light emitting layer and the bank, wherein the cathode electrode includes a first cathode electrode and a second cathode electrode, which are separated from each other, and a part of the first cathode electrode is disposed in the second cavity and connected to the touch metal in the second cavity.
Display substrate, display panel and display apparatus
A display substrate, a display panel and a display apparatus are provided. The display substrate includes: a first display region and a second display region, and a light transmittance of the first display region is greater than a light transmittance of the second display region. The display substrate includes: a base substrate; and a plurality of sub-pixels arranged on the base substrate and located in the first display region. The sub-pixel includes a first pixel driving circuit and a first light-emitting device. The first pixel driving circuit is electrically connected to the first light-emitting device and configured to drive the first light-emitting device to emit light. The pixel driving circuit includes a storage capacitor and a plurality of transistors, and the storage capacitor and the plurality of transistors included in the first pixel driving circuit are located in the first display region.
INORGANIC SILICON-CONTAINING OVERHANG STRUCTURES OF OLED SUBPIXELS
The present disclosure relates to overhang structures and methods of fabricating a sub-pixel circuit with the overhang structures that may be utilized in a display such as an organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display. The adjacent inorganic silicon-containing overhang structures defining each sub-pixel of the sub- pixel circuit of the display provide for formation of the sub-pixel circuit using evaporation deposition and provide for the inorganic silicon-containing overhang structures to remain in place after the sub-pixel circuit is formed. A first configuration of the inorganic silicon-containing overhang structures includes a gradient concentration profile. A second configuration of the inorganic silicon-containing overhang structures includes an upper portion and a lower portion. The inorganic silicon-containing overhang structures define deposition angles for each of the OLED material and the cathode such the OLED material does not contact sidewalls of the inorganic silicon-containing overhang structures.
