The semi-interpenetrating net structure layer is formed by curing after interpenetration between a material of the first substrate in a partially cured state and a material of the second substrate in an uncured state. Accordingly, a bonding strength between the first and second substrates is increased, inert properties between them are reduced, and production yields in separating a glass substrate from the first substrate are improved.

The sub-pixel stack includes an emissive layer between a first transport layer and a second transport layer, a first electrode layer coupled to the first transport layer, and a second electrode layer coupled to the second transport layer. The sub-pixel stack is over the substrate and configured to emit light including a scattering component caused by the interface roughness and a cavity component separate from the scattering component. A ratio of a luminance of the scattering component to a luminance of the cavity component increases with a viewing angle relative to a display normal. An optical power of the scattering component is a fraction of an optical power of the cavity component.

A first concentration of the photoinitiator in the blue emitting LED sub-pixels is lower than a second concentration of the photoinitiator in the red emitting LED sub-pixels, and lower than a third concentration of the photoinitiator in the green emitting LED sub-pixels.
