SURFACE CLEANING APPARATUS
A surface cleaning apparatus comprises a base, a portable cleaning unit removably mounted to the base and comprising at least one air treatment member, a portable cleaning unit energy storage member and a portable cleaning unit suction motor. The portable cleaning unit suction motor is operable on power provided by the portable cleaning unit energy storage member when the portable cleaning unit is removed from the base. The surface cleaning apparatus comprises or is connectable to a power cord. When the portable cleaning unit is mounted to the base and when the surface cleaning apparatus is connected to an external source of power by the power cord, the portable cleaning unit energy storage member is chargeable on power provided by the power cord provided by the external source of power and the portable cleaning unit suction motor is concurrently operable on power provided by the power cord provided by the external source of power.
SURFACE CLEANING APPARATUS
A surface cleaning apparatus comprises an air treatment chamber having a first end comprising a first end wall, an axially spaced apart second end comprising a second end wall, a sidewall extending between the first and second end walls, an air treatment chamber air inlet and an air treatment chamber air outlet provided at the second end. A dirt collection region, which is contiguous with the air treatment chamber, is positioned axially from the first and second end walls and is closer to the second end wall than the first end wall.
SURFACE CLEANING APPARATUS
A hand vacuum cleaner has an air treatment stage positioned below an inlet conduit. A pistol grip handle is provided at the rear end of the hand vacuum cleaner. An arm member extends from the inlet conduit linearly rearwardly to the upper end of the pistol grip handle. A housing is provided at a lower end of the pistol grip handle. All operating components of the hand vacuum cleaner are located between a lower end of the housing and the inlet conduit.
Surface cleaning apparatus
A surface cleaning apparatus comprises a canister body having a recess with sidewalls that extend upwardly from a platform, the platform having a pre-motor filter housing with a pre-motor filter positioned therein, wherein at least 50% of a perimeter of the pre-motor filter is recessed inwardly from the sidewalls of the recess whereby, when a pre-motor filter is positioned in the pre-motor filter housing, a portion of the platform is visible between the perimeter of the pre-motor filter and the sidewalls of the recess. An air treatment assembly is removably mountable to the canister body and seats on the recess when the air treatment assembly is mounted to the canister body.
EVACUATION STATION FOR A MOBILE FLOOR CLEANING ROBOT
An evacuation station for a mobile floor cleaning robot comprises a stationary base portion having an upper surface and an air treatment assembly that is rotatable from an in-use position to a removable position in which all of the air treatment assembly is removable from the stationary base portion.
