Composite particle, core, and inductor element
A composite particle includes a large particle and binder particles. The large particle has a particle size of 10 μm to 50 μm. The binder particles are attached on the large particle and each have a particle size smaller than that of the large particle.
MAGNETIC FILLER
An object is to provide a magnetic filler composed of the ferrite particles having a low apparent density, capable of maintaining various properties in a controllable state and a specified volume is filled with a small weight, and a resin molded product made using the magnetic filler. To achieve the object, a magnetic filler composed of the ferrite particles having an outer shell structure containing a Ti oxide and a resin laminate made using the magnetic filler are employed.
MAGNETIC PARTICLE AND MAGNETIC COMPONENT
A magnetic particle includes a magnetic metal particle having a plurality of phases. The plurality of phases include an Fe-based phase and an Fe.sub.3O.sub.4 phase. An area ratio of the Fe.sub.3O.sub.4 phase in which the Fe.sub.3O.sub.4 phase occupies in the plurality of phases is less than 50%.
High speed / low power server farms and server networks
A server farm has servers with at least one hybrid computing module operating at a system clock speed that optimally matches the intrinsic clock speed of a semiconductor die embedded within a high speed semiconductor chip stack or mounted upon the semiconductor carrier.
MnZn-FERRITE AND ITS PRODUCTION METHOD
A method for producing MnZn-ferrite comprising Fe, Mn and Zn as main components, and at least Co, Si and Ca as sub-components, the main components in the MnZn-ferrite comprising 53-56% by mol (as Fe.sub.2O.sub.3) of Fe, and 3-9% by mol (as ZnO) of Zn, the balance being Mn as MnO, comprising the step of sintering a green body to obtain MnZn-ferrite; the sintering comprising a temperature-elevating step, a high-temperature-keeping step, and a cooling step; the high-temperature-keeping step being conducted at a keeping temperature of higher than 1050° C. and lower than 1150° C. in an atmosphere having an oxygen concentration of 0.4-2% by volume; the oxygen concentration being in a range of 0.001-0.2% by volume during cooling from 900° C. to 400° C. in the cooling step; and the cooling speed between (Tc+70)° C. and 100° C. being 50° C./hour or more, wherein Tc represents a Curie temperature (° C.) calculated from % by mass of Fe.sub.2O.sub.3 and ZnO.
