Coil structure for a dry-type transformer and a winding method thereof
The present disclosure discloses a coil structure for a dry-type transformer and a winding method therefor. The coil structure for a dry-type transformer comprises multiple coil layers and a supporting framework, which is provided with multiple supporting layers. The spacer blocks of each intermediate supporting layer comprise a rising spacer block for rising and supporting spacer blocks in addition to the rising spacer block, a thickness of the rising spacer block being greater than a thickness of the supporting spacer block, and the rising spacer blocks of several intermediate supporting layers being staggered along the circumferential direction. The present disclosure decreases the height of the entire coil efficiently, meanwhile abates the problem that the wire is centralized in a single area, inhibits the temperature rise phenomenon of transformers efficiently, and prolongs the lifetime of transformers.
Spiral core current transformer for energy harvesting applications
A current transformer assembly for harvesting power from a primary conductor, such as a power line, for operating electronics, where the assembly is secured to the conductor while the conductor is connected. The assembly includes a current transformer having a transformer structure with a central opening that accepts the primary conductor and a spindle member for accepting a current transformer magnetic tape operating as the core of the current transformer. The assembly also includes a tape carrier secured to the structure on which the transformer tape is wound, and a winding device operable to unwind the transformer tape from the tape carrier and wind the tape onto the spindle member.
PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD OF PLANAR TRANSFORMER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
Disclosed is a PCB of a planar transformer including: a PCB substrate with a through hole and a double-sided winding part formed on double sides of the PCB substrate, wherein the double-sided winding part is of a symmetric structure, a via hole consistent with the through hole is formed in the center of the double-sided winding part, the via hole is aligned to the through hole to form a magnetic core hole, and the circumference of the via hole is raised to form wire blocking parts; and forming a wire passing groove in the wall of the magnetic core hole, wherein the wire passing groove allows a metal conducting wire to pass through to be planarly wound from inside to outside on double sides of the double-sided winding part at the same time so as to form two coils in series located on the double sides of the PCB substrate.
FLEXIBLE CHARGING PAD AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
A flexible charging pad and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The manufacturing method of the flexible charging pad includes: providing a double-sided tape to form an adhesion layer, one of two isolation papers is attached on the first adhesion surface, and another of the two isolation papers is attached on the second adhesion surface; removing the isolation paper attached on the first adhesion surface, and attaching a conductor on the first adhesion surface; attaching a first pad layer on the first adhesion surface to cover the conductor, the conductor is disposed between the first pad layer and the adhesion layer; disposing an adhesive to cover the conductor and the first pad layer, and to form a molded layer.
