The present disclosure provides a solid-state circuit breaker including a mounting side plate; an operating handle disposed on the mounting side plate and being rotatable relative to the mounting side plate to switch between a closing state and an opening state; a mechanical switch connected to the operating handle, wherein in a case that the operating handle is rotated by a first angle from the closing state along a rotation direction of the operating handle switched from the closing state to the opening state, the operating handle drives the mechanical switch to open; an actuating assembly disposed on the mounting side plate, wherein an end of the actuating assembly abuts against the operating handle, and the actuating assembly is rotatable relative to the mounting side plate under driving of the operating handle; and a microswitch abutting against the other end of the actuating assembly away from the operating handle, wherein in a case that the operating handle is rotated by a second angle from the closing state along the rotation direction of the operating handle switched from the closing state to the opening state, the operating handle drives the actuating assembly to rotate, and the microswitch is triggered by the actuating assembly, and the first angle is greater than the second angle.

Apparatus and methods for a circuit breaker positive-off stop feature

A circuit breaker having a positive-off stop feature includes an operating lever rotatably coupled to a side frame, a tension lever coupled to the side frame, and an upper toggle linkage and a stop link each rotatably coupled to the tension lever. The upper toggle linkage may be configured to rotate the stop link. The operating lever may be configured to move rotatably to and from an ON position and an OFF position provided the main contacts of the circuit breaker are not welded or otherwise stuck together. Should the main contacts become welded or otherwise stuck together, the upper toggle linkage may be configured to rotate the stop link to a position wherein the stop link may be configured to prevent the operating lever from moving into the OFF position. Methods of assembling a circuit breaker positive-off stop feature are also provided, as are other aspects.

CIRCUIT BREAKER AND OPERATING MECHANISM THEREOF

The present invention relates to the field of low-voltage electrical appliances, and more particularly to an operating mechanism of a circuit breaker. The operating mechanism is provided with two sets of four-link structures. Each set of four-link structures is composed of a second crank, a third link and a third crank. The third crank and the phase-pole rotating shaft have the same rotation center and are in driving connection with each other. The other set of four-link structures is composed of a second crank, a fourth link and an N-pole rotating shaft, so that the phase-pole rotating shaft and the N-pole rotating shaft can be arranged around different rotation centers, so as to provide more convenience for the design of the circuit breaker.
