Footwear forming device
Construction of a shoe relies on application of pressure to form the shoe portions to a desired shape and configuration. The application of pressure is accomplished with an adjustable width roller that conforms to different sizes of shoes while still contacting the shoe portion to conform the shape. Additionally, vibrational energy may be transmitted from the roller to the shoe portion to aid in the forming and shaping process of the shoe portion.

Shoe buffing system
An apparatus for buffing a shoe part includes a housing adapted to be articulated around at least a portion of the footwear part. A rotating spindle is positioned in the housing and has a buffing surface for engagement with the footwear part. A carriage is slideably connected to the housing and holds the spindle such that the buffing surface can be moved closer to and further away from the footwear part. An actuator is in the housing and in contact with the carriage. The actuator applies force to the carriage to increase the force of the buffing surface onto the footwear part. A biasing member is in the housing and in contact with the carriage. The biasing member exerts force onto the carriage in a direction opposite the force exerted by the actuator.

MACHINE FOR VAMP SHAPING
A machine for vamp shaping has a body, at least one vertical device, and at least one horizontal device. The at least one vertical device and the at least one horizontal device are mounted to the body, respectively. A vamp may be made with a toe-cap shaping process through a toe-cap inner mold and a toe-cap outer mold of the at least one vertical device, and further be processed with a heel-cap shaping process through a heel-cap inner mold and a heel-cap outer mold of the at least one horizontal device. As a result, the machine not only enables workers to easily accomplish the toe-cap shaping and the heel-cap shaping of the vamp, but also is applicable in a limited space.
BUFFING SYSTEM FOR FOOTWEAR
Buffing of a footwear component allows for an alteration of the component surface to achieve an intended surface for aesthetics and/or manufacturing purposes. The buffing is performed in a system having a vision module, a sidewall buffing module, an up surface buffing module, and a down surface buffing module. Each of the buffing modules are adapted for the unique shape and sizes of a footwear component to effectively and automatically buff the footwear component.
