ENDOSCOPE CAP
Disclosed is an endoscope cap includes a cap body coupled to a tip end of an endoscope introduced into an interior of an organism, an expansion/contraction part provided in the cap body, and expanded or contracted through injection of air, and an air supply part that injects or suctions the air into or from the expansion/contraction part, and the air supply part expands the expansion/contraction part by injecting the air into the expansion/contraction part and the expanded expansion/contraction part bends back a target tissue in the interior of the organism when the cap body reaches the target tissue.
Endoscope
An endoscope (1) having a suction channel and a suction connector in communication with said suction channel, and a working channel through which a liquid may pass. A valve for diverting the suction through the sampling device through a sample container is provided. The endoscope (1) further includes an actuator (7) for propelling the liquid through said working channel.
INSERTABLE ENDOSCOPIC INSTRUMENT FOR TISSUE REMOVAL
An improved flexible endoscopic instrument to precisely and efficiently obtains samples of flat polyps and multiple polyps from a patient by debriding one or more polyps and retrieving the debrided polyps without having to alternate between using a separate cutting tool and a separate sample retrieving tool and may be used with an endoscope. In one aspect, the cutting tool is coupled to a flexible torque coil or torque rope that is configured to transfer rotational energy from a powered actuator through the length of the endoscope onto the cutting tool.
Method and device for image guided post-nasal nerve ablation
Devices and methods for treating rhinitis are provided. An integrated therapy and imaging device is provided for single handheld use. The device may have a hollow elongated cannula, a therapeutic element coupled to a distal portion of the cannula, an imaging assembly coupled to the cannula to provide visualization of the therapeutic element, and an articulating region operably coupled to the imaging assembly to articulate the imaging assembly. The imaging assembly may be articulated so as to translate vertically, laterally, axially, and/or rotationally.
Endoscope valve
An endoscope button for an endoscope including a cylinder communicating with tubes includes: a first unit and a second unit that are attachable and detachable with respect to a fitting part fixed to the cylinder, and that are separable from each other in a state being removed from the fitting part. The first unit has a cylindrical shape, and includes a cylindrical member that is attachable and detachable with respect to the fitting part. The second unit includes: a fixing member that is inserted inside the cylindrical member in a state in which the endoscope button is attached to the fitting part, and is fixed to the cylindrical member; and a first movable member that is installed movably with respect to the fixing member, and that is movable back and forth inside the cylinder in the state in which the endoscope button is attached to the fitting part.
SINGLE USE URETEROSCOPE WITH INTEGRATED SUCTION CATHETER
A multi-channel endoscope can include a control section and an insertion end. The endoscope can include a user control mechanism. The control section can include at least one working channel and a channel within the control section. The working channel can accommodate at least one medical instrument which can fracture a target object into fragments. A catheter, such as a fluidic catheter, can extend from and retract to an originating proximal position at the insertion end of the endoscope. A vacuum pressure source or an irrigation source can be coupled to a proximal end of the channel. The user control mechanism can control the position of the catheter with respect to the endoscope and can be used to operate the vacuum pressure source or irrigation source.
CIRCUIT BOARD ASSEMBLY OF A MULTIPLE VIEWING ELEMENTS ENDOSCOPE
There is provided herein, an electronic circuit board assembly for a tip section of a multiple viewing elements endoscope, the assembly including a base board configured to carry a first metal frame to support a front looking viewing element and a second metal frame to support a side looking viewing element; and a flexible illumination circuit board comprising a front foldable panel configured to carry three sets of front illuminators for essentially illuminating the field of view (FOV) of the front looking viewing element, and a side foldable panel configured to carry a set of side illuminators for essentially illuminating the field of view (FOV) of the side looking viewing element.
Insertion apparatus and operation section of insertion apparatus
An insertion apparatus includes: a tube in which a water feeding communication hole opens on an outer peripheral surface of the tube; a tube connector in which a water feeding branch conduit which allows an inner surface of a tube insertion hole to communicate with an outside is formed, and a second stopper portion which protrudes toward the inside of the tube insertion hole is formed; an O ring which is positioned by contacting with the second stopper portion; a spacer which is positioned by contacting with the O ring, and in which a communication hole which allows an inner surface side and an outer surface side of a wall portion to communicate with each other is formed; and an O ring which is positioned by contacting with the spacer.
Visualized surgical assembly and corresponding endoscope thereof
A visualized surgical assembly is provided, characterized in that the visualized surgical assembly includes a disposable drainage tube and a functional tube for providing visualization function, the disposable drainage tube and the functional tube are connected detachable along the axial of the tube body, and the functional tube is provided with a self-destructive part for cutting the disposable drainage tube. A corresponding endoscope is also provided. The visualized surgical assembly is a combination structure of the disposable drainage tube and the functional tube which can provide visualization function. The disposable drainage tube can removable connect with the functional tube, and the functional tube can be repeated disinfection, which can reduce the cost and avoid the risk of cross infection.
ABLATION DEVICE FOR ATTACHMENT TO AN ENDOSCOPE
An ablation device including a body having a lumen for receiving a distal end of an endoscope, a cover portion extending from a side of the body, the cover portion defining a recess between the cover portion and the body, and an electrode platform having at least one electrode positioned thereon, the electrode platform movable between a covered position, where the at least one electrode is covered by the cover portion, and an exposed position, where the at least one electrode is at least partially exposed beyond the cover portion. At least one vacuum port is formed in the electrode platform.
