SUBJECTIVE OPTOMETRY SYSTEM AND NON-TRANSITORY COMPUTER-READABLE STORAGE MEDIUM STORING SUBJECTIVE OPTOMETRY PROGRAM
A subjective optometry system includes a target presentation unit which presents an examination visual target to a subject eye, a correction unit which changes an optical characteristic of a target light flux emitted from the target presentation unit, a self-optometry program setting unit which sets either a first self-optometry program that automatically proceeds with examination items for the subject eye based on a response input by an examinee, or a second self-optometry program that automatically proceeds with examination items for the subject eye based on a response input by the examinee, and a control unit which controls, based on the first self-optometry program or the second self-optometry program set by the self-optometry program setting unit, at least one of the target presentation unit and the correction unit to advance an optometry according to a procedure of the first self-optometry program or the second self-optometry program.
METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR CONTROLLING ILLUMINATION ON VIRTUAL VISION TESTS FOR DRIVERS
A vision test can be performed based on real-time audio instructions in a virtual environment. An electronic device, such as a head-mounted display, can execute a user application that is configured to enable the vision test. The electronic device can obtain an instruction to implement a target vision test. Based on a determination that the target vision test corresponds to a driver license issuing requirement, the electronic device can load a VR user interface to create a 3D VR environment, determine an illumination scheme, and display a virtual traffic scene on the VR user interface based on the illumination scheme. The virtual traffic scene can include a plurality of traffic signs located at a plurality of distances.
