The spacer of one of the photovoltaic modules overlays the mat of another of the photovoltaic modules.

A photovoltaic module has a flexible backing substrate, a plurality of photovoltaic cells, and an electrical conduit. The photovoltaic cells are mounted on the backing substrate. Each photovoltaic cell has a metallic article, the metallic article including a plurality of electroformed elements comprising a cell interconnection element integral with a continuous grid having a plurality of first elements intersecting a plurality of second elements. The electroformed elements are interconnected and integral, with the continuous grid in contact with the light-incident surface of the photovoltaic cell. The cell interconnection element extends beyond the light-incident surface and couples the continuous grid to a neighboring photovoltaic cell. The electrical conduit has a flexible strip of electrically conductive material. The electrical conduit electrically couples the cell interconnection element of a first photovoltaic cell in the plurality of photovoltaic cells to a neighboring second photovoltaic cell in the plurality of photovoltaic cells.

Each of the plurality of solar cell elements is provided with a positive terminal and a negative terminal. The plurality of solar cell elements include a first solar cell element and a second solar cell element which are connected to each other in series via connection wiring and a third solar cell element which is not connected to the first solar cell element and the second solar cell element in series. The first solar cell element and the second solar cell element configure a first current path, and the third solar cell element configures a second current path.

A solar cell module includes: a substrate; a back sheet; a plurality of solar cells arranged between the substrate and the back sheet; a transition wire common-connecting tab wires connected to the plurality of solar cells; a concealment sheet covering the transition wire from a substrate side; and a filling member filling at least a space between the transition wire and the concealment sheet, wherein the concealment sheet includes: a first sheet layer in contact with the filling member; and a second sheet layer placed over the first sheet layer, the first sheet layer and the second sheet layer are each made of any of: a material of a same type of color as a material of the back sheet or the filling member; a transparent material; and a semitransparent material, and the first sheet layer has adhesiveness to the filling member.

A solar cell panel includes a first solar cell and a second solar cell; and a plurality of leads connecting the first solar cell and the second solar cell. Each of the first solar cell and the second solar cell includes: a first electrode including a plurality of finger lines in a first direction and a plurality of first bus bars in a second direction crossing the first direction; and a second electrode including a plurality of second bus bars in the second direction. The plurality of leads have a diameter or width of 100 to 500 μm, and include 6 or more leads arranged at one surface side of the first or second solar cell. The plurality of leads are connected to the plurality of first bus bars of the first solar cell and the plurality of second bus bars of the second solar cell by a solder layer, respectively.

In a solar cell module, a plurality of solar cells are provided between a front surface protection member and a back surface protection member and bus bar electrodes 20 of the plurality of solar cells are electrically connected to each other by wiring members. The solar cell module includes an adhesive layer made of a resin 60 containing a plurality of conductive particles 70, the adhesive layer provided between each of the bus bar electrodes 20 and the wiring member 40. Each of the bus bar electrodes 20 and the corresponding wiring member 40 are electrically connected by the plurality of conductive particles 70. The resin 60 covers side surface of each of the bus bar electrodes 20 and configured to bond the wiring member 40 with the surface of a photoelectric conversion body 10.
