The connectors include a connector body having a conductor bore to receive a bare portion of an electrical conductor, a fastener that is coupled to the connector body and used to secure the bare portion of an electrical conductor to the connector body, and a pin adapter having an adapter body that can be removably connected to the connector body and a pin extending from the adapter body.
QUICK CONNECTOR FOR ELECTRIC INSTALLATIONS
A quick connector for electric installations comprising a connector frame (1), where when the incoming hole (10) of a male connector fitting into the connector is directed upwards, there is a hole (2) on the bottom surface of the connector frame in order to install an essentially rectangular U-shaped female connector contact strip (3) and a spring (4) into the connector frame (1) so that one end of the U-shaped contact strip together with the spring are arranged to form a contact with the contact of a male connector, and the other end of the U-shaped contact strip is accessible from the frame of the connector for receiving a cable joint device (6) to connect the cable conductor.
HEAT-ABSORBING-AND-DISSIPATING JACKET FOR A TERMINAL OF AN ELECTRICAL DEVICE
The present disclosure envisages a heat-absorbing-and-dissipating jacket (80) for a terminal (100) of an electrical device (1000). The jacket has a body (81) configured to at least partially contour walls of the housing (10) of the terminal (100) and the jacket is made of a heat-absorbing-and-dissipating material. The body (81) of the jacket has a lower portion (86) extending operatively below the housing (10) of the terminal (100). The body (81) of the jacket also has an upper portion (88) extending operatively above the housing (10) of the terminal (100). The jacket (80) of the present disclosure is a cost-effective means which allows maximum heat absorption and dissipation from an enclosed electrical device and can be incorporated in an existing design of an electrical device.
TERMINAL FOR CONNECTING AN ELECTRICAL CONDUCTOR TO THE CONNECTION PAD OF AN ELECTRICAL DEVICE, AND ELECTRICAL PROTECTION DEVICE INCLUDING SUCH A TERMINAL
A terminal for connecting an electrical conductor to a connection pad of a device, the terminal including a cage to be fixed inside the housing of the device and including an orifice of substantially parallelepipedal shape and delimited by four walls, the orifice being able to receive the pad, an upper wall including an orifice able to allow the passage of a screw with an actuator and a clamping shoe able to allow the conductor to be clamped between the pad and the shoe upon actuation of the screw driving the relative translational movement between the screw and the cage. Terminal includes an intermediate stage inside the cage to allow the reception of a nut with elastic branches having a threaded orifice through which the clamping screw is to be mounted, the elastic branches interacting with forms provided on the side walls of the cage such that the nut rotationally disengages as soon as the correct clamping torque is reached.
Installation switching device having a contact clamp
An installation switching device includes: a housing; and at least one contact clamp, which is arranged in the housing, for connecting at least one electrical conductor through a conductor insertion opening that is provided in the housing, the contact clamp including a clamping frame that has a rectangular cross section and a clamping screw that engages in a first narrow end side of the clamping frame and a clamping end of the clamping screw being cooperating with a section of a contact rail that is fixedly mounted in the housing of the installation switching device, the section being located within the clamping frame, so that a second narrow end side that lies opposite the first narrow end side and is connected thereto via two longitudinal sides that lie opposite one another presses an inserted connecting conductor against a surface of the contact rail that is remote from the clamping screw.
Torsion shear bolt for electric junctions
A shear bolt for a junction of electrical conductors includes a tool seat for engagement of the shear bolt by a screwing tool, an externally threaded portion to be screwed in a terminal body of the junction, along a screwing axis, and a tightening portion for engaging an electrical conductor to be tightened in the terminal body. The tool seat is formed at the threaded portion and the tightening portion is connected to the threaded portion on an opposite side with respect to the tool seat. The shear bolt can be sheared in one or more programmed rupture areas in the threaded portion when exceeding a predetermined tightening torque for each of the programmed rupture areas, respectively. Even with the screw unscrewed, the tightening portion is connected to the threaded portion and is rotatable with respect to the threaded portion about the screwing axis and non-detachable from the threaded portion.
Terminal detachable device
A terminal detachable device includes a housing; an engaging member that moves in a first direction towards a terminal disposed at a predetermined position of the housing and that engages with the terminal, and that moves in a second direction away from the terminal disposed at the predetermined position and that disengages from the terminal; and an operating member that is rotatably provided with respect to the housing. The engaging member rotates with respect to the housing in accordance with rotation of the operating member, and is movable in the first direction or the second direction with respect to the housing in accordance with rotation of the engaging member with respect to the housing.
Insulating body for an electrical plug connection unit
An insulation body for an electrical connector unit includes at least two insertion channels into each of which a contact pin or a contact bush can be inserted, which preferably are aligned parallel to a main axis of the insulating body into which a securing channel empties, preferably perpendicular to it, in which a set screw is supported so as to turn, by means of which the related contact pin or the related contact bush can be mechanically impinged on, and to which an insulating collar is assigned, which is arranged on the outer side of the insulating body, at least approximately coaxial to the related securing channel. Preferably each of the insulating collars has at least one collar opening that is limited on both sides by collar ends.
Exothermic and mechanical electrical connector
An electrical connector includes an electrically conductive connector having a mechanical connector for removably receiving a conductor.
