TERMINAL BLOCK

The present invention facilitates making electrical connections. In this terminal block, when an electric wire is inserted in a housing, the end of the electric wire pushes in a block part of a movable member, and a contact part of a locking member with the block part interposed therebetween, thereby releasing the locking of a leaf spring moving part by a hook part of the locking member, and the electric wire is secured by the leaf spring moving part, and the degree to which a display part of the movable member moving in conjunction with the block part is visible through a window part changes according to the change in position of the display part.

A connection device includes a bearing device for at least one spring element formed on a busbar of the connecting contact; a spring element configured to move from a first tension state in which a contact end of the spring element bears against the busbar, a second tension state in which the connection for the conductor to the busbar is closed, and a third tension state in which the contact connection for the conductor to the busbar is opened.

Terminal clamp

A terminal clamp including a contact frame that forms a clamping device configured to fix and electrically contact a connection conductor, wherein the clamping device is formed by at least one reaction bearing and a clamping spring that is preloaded against the at least one reaction bearing; a conductor insertion channel that feeds the connection conductor to the clamping device; and an insulation material housing made that receives the contact frame and forms a conductor insertion opening that is arranged upstream of the conductor insertion channel in a conductor insertion direction, wherein the conductor insertion channel is formed by the insulation material housing.

Poke-in wire connector for power connector assembly

A poke-in terminal includes a main body, a tab terminal socket at a mating end, and a wire socket at a terminating end. The tab terminal socket includes walls forming a tab terminal receptacle configured to receive a tab terminal. Upper and lower beam contacts extend into the tab terminal receptacle to interface with the tab terminal. The wire socket includes walls forming a wire receptacle configured to receive a wire. Poke-in retention beams extend into the wire receptacle to interface with the wire when poked into the wire socket. The wire socket includes a wire release element configured to be actuated to release the poke-in retention beams from the wire.

Device and method for aligning a solar panel with respect to a roof-mounted installation rail prior to installation

The invention relates to a device (1) for aligning a solar panel (20) with respect to an installation rail which is attached to a base, in particular a roof, prior to installation. The invention also relates to an assembly comprising at least one solar panel (20) and at least one such device (1) which is coupled to a frame (21) of the solar panel (20). The invention furthermore relates to a method for aligning a solar panel (20), with respect to an installation rail attached to a base, in particular a roof, prior to installation by using at least one such device (1), optionally followed by the installation of the at least one solar panel (20) to the support rail.

Connector locking wire operating mechanism capable of buffering impact on a push rod

A connector locking wire operation mechanism capable of buffering an impact on a push rod includes a body provided with a push rod rotatable along an arcuate track and a cam rotatable about a circular hole. A sector notch capable of accommodating the cam and leaving sufficient space is provided at an inner side of the push rod. The push rod and the cam are cooperatively rotatable about a common rotation axis. Both sides of the cam are in contact with the push rod and a spring plate respectively.

Junction Box

A junction box including a box body and a conductive bar. A guide plate extends from a lead insertion opening, with a laterally extended connection portion at its extended end to connect the box body. First and second support plates and edges of the guiding plate form passages accessible to a lead insert space defined by the guiding plate, the connecting portion, the second support plate and the box body. The conductive bar has a bent conductive arm that moves into the inside of the lead insert space by an elastic force, therefore locked in said space, after it passes the passages.

CONNECTOR LOCKING WIRE OPERATION MECHANISM CAPABLE OF BUFFERING IMPACT OF PUSH ROD
20220115792 · 2022-04-14 ·

A connector locking wire operation mechanism capable of buffering an impact of a push rod. The mechanism comprises a device body (4). A push rod (1) which is rotatably connected along an arc-shaped track (5), and a cam (2) which rotates about a circular hole (12), can be mounted on the body (4). The push rod (1) has a sector-shaped notch (6) on an inner side thereof and is capable of accommodating the cam (2) and leaving an extra space. The push rod (1) and the cam (2) cooperate with each other, and both can rotate around a common rotation axis thereof. The two sides of the cam (2) are in contact with the push rod (1) and an elastic piece (3), respectively, and the cam (2) is pushed to rotate by rotating the push rod (1). Rotation of the cam (2) can press down and lock the elastic piece (3), and a locking wire hole of the elastic piece (3) is completely opened. By rotating the push rod (1) toward the other direction and pushing the cam (2) to release the elastic piece (3), the locking wire hole of the elastic piece (3) is locked. The mechanism is used to solve the technical problem of causing injury to a person due to a rebound instant impact being too large.
