Plug-in terminal, plug connector and row of plug connectors
A plug-in terminal for the connection of one or more conductor ends has a housing made of an electrically non-conductive material. The housing includes at least one insertion opening for a respective conductor end. Each insertion opening extends to a respective housing chamber containing a connection device to which an actuation device is assigned. Each actuation device actuates a contact limb of a contact spring of the connection device. The actuation device includes a pivoted lever configured to act on a sliding element with which the contact limb of the contact spring can be moved directly or indirectly. The pivoted lever and the contact limb rotate about the same or substantially the same axis of rotation.
Connection assembly, connection clamp and electronic device
A connection assembly for connecting an electrical conductor includes: a current bar; a clamping spring having a holding leg and a clamping leg, the electrical conductor being clampable against the current bar by the clamping leg in a clamped position of the clamping spring; and an actuating element guidable along an actuation direction and by which the clamping spring is transferrable from the clamped position into an open position. The actuating element is braced with the clamping spring in the open position and holds the clamping spring in the open position.
Multi-pole electrical wiring devices with wire termination assemblies
Multi-pole or multi-phase electrical wiring devices that incorporate clamp-type wire termination assemblies are described. The electrical wiring devices include multi-pole motor switches. The electrical wiring devices include a plurality of wire termination assemblies. Each wire termination assembly includes a wire terminal and an activating member.
TERMINAL BLOCK STRUCTURE AND CONNECTING TERMINAL MODULE THEREOF
A terminal block structure (10) includes an insulative base (1) and a connecting terminal module (2). The insulative base (1) has a chamber (11) therein and is extended with two fixing blocks (12). Two wiring troughs (14) are disposed thereon. The connecting terminal module (2) is accommodated in the chamber (11) and includes a fixed terminal (21) and two operatable terminals (22). The fixed terminal (21) has a transverse sheet (211) and two upright sheets (212). The two upright sheets (212) are outward bent with two elastic support arms (213) abutting against the two fixing blocks (12). Each operatable terminal (22) abuts against each elastic support arm (213) and each fixing block (12). An outer end of each operatable terminal (22) is extended with an operatable sheet (223) blocking between each wiring trough (14) and the chamber (11). An inner end is extended with a stopping sheet (222).
Base, circuit breaker with base, and power distribution equipment
Example bases are described. One example base includes an insulating housing, where the insulating housing has a first surface and a second surface that are away from each other. The first surface is configured for a detachable connection of a circuit breaker. The second surface is provided with a first mounting slot. The insulation housing can be slidably snapped into a mounting rail in power distribution equipment by using the first mounting slot. An accommodating cavity is provided in the insulation housing. The accommodating cavity is configured to accommodate a conductive connection member. One end of the accommodating cavity is open along a sliding direction of the insulating housing relative to the mounting rail, and the other end thereof is closed. The base is used to install the circuit breaker.

Disclosed is an overstretch prevention mechanism for a clamping spring (3) of a clamping spring-type contact device, the overstretch prevention mechanism consisting of a stop (21, 11) of an actuator (2) on a bus bar (1).
Electrical wiring devices with screwless connection terminals
Electrical wiring devices that incorporate clamp-type wire terminal connections are described. The electrical wiring devices include for example, single and duplex blade-type electrical receptacles, blade-type locking electrical receptacles, single or multi-pole electrical switches, combination switches and blade-type receptacles, blade-type plugs for electrical cords and blade-type connectors for electrical cords. The electrical wiring devices include a plurality of contact assemblies. Each contact assembly includes a wire terminal and a plunger.
Clamping spring, connecting assembly, and connecting terminal
A clamping spring for clamping a conductor to be connected against a current bar includes: a retaining leg; a clamping leg movable into an open position and into a clamping position; and a locking leg movable into a retaining position and into a releasing position. In the retaining position, the locking leg is retained on an actuating element, and, in the releasing position, the locking leg is released from the actuating element. The locking leg has a pressing surface, by which the locking leg is movable from the retaining position into the releasing position by the conductor. The pressing surface has a portion which is curved in a direction of the clamping leg and on which comprises a first conductor contact surface.
CONDUCTOR CONNECTION TERMINAL AND ELECTRICAL PLUG CONNECTOR
A connection terminal with a housing, and multiple conductor clamping connections to which at least one electrical conductor is connectable in each case to a clamping point by means of elastic force. The conductor clamping connections are arranged in the housing in a circular shape around a center. The conductor connection terminal has a sliding actuating element with a manual actuating surface for manually actuating multiple or all conductor clamping connections and/or the electrical conductor. The housing may be designed as an insulation material housing. An electrical plug connector, in particular a circular plug connector, having at least one such conductor connection terminal is also provided.

An actuating element for actuating a clamping spring of a connection assembly includes: a first body element having a gripping surface for actuating the actuating element; and a second body element having at least one actuating surface for actuating the clamping spring. The first body element is transferrable to a pre-latched position with the second body element before being mounted in the connection assembly.
