Wiring terminal
This utility model provides a wiring terminal, used for receiving and connecting to a conducting wire, the wiring terminal including: a housing, provided with a mounting channel and an insertion hole communicating with the mounting channel for the conducting wire to be inserted; a conductive piece and a clamping piece, both of which are arranged in the mounting channel, where the conductive piece and the clamping piece cooperate to form a natural state in which the conducting wire placed in the mounting channel is clamped between the clamping piece and the conductive piece through elastic abutment and a pressed state in which the conductive piece and the clamping piece are controlled by an external force to deform in a direction distal from the clamped conducting wire.
Wire terminals and method of uses
The present disclosure relates to wire terminals and/or termination mechanisms arranged and configured for use with a wiring device The wire terminals may be used in any suitable line-voltage wiring device. The wire terminals are arranged and configured to selectively receive a distal end of a wire therein.
WIRE CONNECTION TERMINAL STRUCTURE
A wire connection terminal structure includes a case main body. Wire plug-in ports are connected with an electro-conductive module. Arcuate slide guide slots are disposed on the electro-conductive module. Rotary buttons are pivotally disposed in the case main body. Each rotary button has a movable section. A pin is disposed on the movable section. The pin is extended into the slide guide slot. At least one abutment leaf spring is pivotally disposed between the rotary button and the electro-conductive module. When a conductive wire passes through the wire plug-in port into the lateral side of the electro-conductive module, the rotary button can be driven to make the movable section gradually displace from a section of the abutment leaf spring near the pivotally rotational center to an outer lateral side. The abutment leaf spring is pushed to engage with the conductive wire.
Conductor connection terminal
A conductor connection terminal having an insulating material housing that includes a conductor insertion opening having a conductor insertion channel attached to the conductor insertion opening and a contact pin insertion opening having a contact pin insertion channel attached to the contact pin insertion opening. The conductor connection terminal also has a busbar and a clamping spring. The busbar includes a first contact portion and a second contact portion and the clamping spring has a first clamping limb having a first clamping edge oriented towards the first contact portion of the busbar, a first spring bow, a bearing limb, a second spring bow and a second clamping limb.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR
An electrical connector comprise an insulating housing, a spring clip disposed in the insulating housing, and control pieces for opening the spring clip. The insulating housing comprises outer wall sections separately corresponding to wire inserting spaces defined inside the insulating housing. Each outer wall section at least partially extends into a gap formed by a corresponding control piece when the control pieces are switched to a closed state. Moving spaces are defined on an outside of two sides of each of the outer wall sections. The control pieces perform an opening operation and a closing operation in the moving spaces. When the control pieces are in an open state, the spring clip is observed along the moving spaces. Along a width direction of the spring clip, the spring clip is at least partially exposed in projections of the moving spaces along an up-down direction of the moving spaces.
ELECTRICAL WIRING DEVICES WITH SCREWLESS CONNECTION TERMINALS
Electrical wiring devices that incorporate clamp-type wire terminal connections are described. The electrical wiring devices include for example, single and duplex blade-type electrical receptacles, blade-type locking electrical receptacles, single or multi-pole electrical switches, combination switches and blade-type receptacles, blade-type plugs for electrical cords and blade-type connectors for electrical cords. The electrical wiring devices include a plurality of contact assemblies. Each contact assembly includes a wire terminal and a plunger.
Connection device for electrical conductors, and spring element for a connection device
A connection device includes a bearing device for at least one spring element formed on a busbar of the connecting contact; a spring element configured to move from a first tension state in which a contact end of the spring element bears against the busbar, a second tension state in which the connection for the conductor to the busbar is closed, and a third tension state in which the contact connection for the conductor to the busbar is opened.
BASE, CIRCUIT BREAKER WITH BASE, AND POWER DISTRIBUTION EQUIPMENT
Example bases are described. One example base includes an insulating housing, where the insulating housing has a first surface and a second surface that are away from each other. The first surface is configured for a detachable connection of a circuit breaker. The second surface is provided with a first mounting slot. The insulation housing can be slidably snapped into a mounting rail in power distribution equipment by using the first mounting slot. An accommodating cavity is provided in the insulation housing. The accommodating cavity is configured to accommodate a conductive connection member. One end of the accommodating cavity is open along a sliding direction of the insulating housing relative to the mounting rail, and the other end thereof is closed. The base is used to install the circuit breaker.
