A multiple cable disconnect includes a housing having a separable mating end and a wire terminating end configured to receive wires of power cables. The housing has a plurality of terminal chambers with terminals therein. The terminals each have a base, a mating contact extending from the base and a wire contact extending from the base. The mating contact has a mating pad defining a separable mating interface for the terminal for mating with a corresponding mating terminal of the mating connector. The wire contact has plural wire interfaces for mating with plural wires such that plural wires are configured to be terminated to and commoned with each terminal. Wire retention springs are received in the housing each having at least one spring arm defining a wire trap with the corresponding wire contact. The spring arms are releasable to release the wires from the housing.

A connection terminal for connecting at least one conductor to a current bar, which is accommodated on a mount, in an electrically contacting manner, includes at least one clamping spring for applying a clamping force, the at least one clamping spring including a pivotable clamping lever for clamping the conductor. The clamping spring has a first leg and at least a second leg, is hingedly coupled to the clamping lever by the first leg, and is hingedly coupled to an auxiliary lever by the second leg, the clamping lever and the auxiliary lever being arranged pivotally on the mount.

A conductor connection terminal with a spring-force clamping connection, which has a busbar and a clamping spring for connecting an electrical conductor to the busbar by the clamping spring. An actuator acts on an actuation section of the clamping spring for displacing a clamping leg of the clamping spring from a clamping position to an open position. The actuator has a first pusher section with a first actuation contour and a second pusher section with a second actuation contour. The actuator displaces the clamping leg by a first displacement distance through interaction of the first actuation contour with the first effective contour when the actuator is displaced by a first actuation distance, and displace the clamping leg of the clamping spring by a second displacement distance through interaction of the second actuation contour with the second effective contour when the actuator is displaced by a second actuation distance.

CONNECTOR DEVICE

A connection unit (2) of a connector device for connecting at least one electrical conductor to at least one electrically conductive contact has a contact socket (7), a spring clamp (10) and a base plate (14), wherein the contact socket (7) has at least one contact spring (8, 9), wherein the spring clamp (10) has a spring arm (11) with a contact edge (11a) and a contact wall (16). The contact socket (7) and the spring clamp (10) are arranged on the base plate (14) and are electrically conductively connected by the base plate (14). A connector device has at least one connection unit (2) of this type.

The invention relates to an electrical contact for a conductor terminal that has an insulating material housing, wherein the contact has a terminal section for connection to an electrical conductor, wherein the terminal section has a spring force clamping connection with at least one clamping spring for connection of the electrical conductor under spring force. The invention also relates to a conductor terminal having at least one such electrical contact.
