Connector and connector assembly
A connector assembly comprises a first connector and a second connector. The first connector consists of a first monolithically formed conductive terminal adapted to be soldered onto a first circuit board. The second connector consists of a second monolithically formed conductive terminal adapted to be soldered onto a second circuit board. The first connector mates with the second connector to electrically connect the first circuit board to the second circuit board.
Electrical connector for cables containing both power and control conductors
A connector for connecting control conductors provided in conduits also containing power conductors, the connector including a first guide for receiving a first at least one control conductor provided in a first conduit also containing at least one power conductor, a second guide for receiving a second at least one control conductor provided in a second conduit also containing at least one power conductor, at least one jumper for electrically connecting the first at least one control conductor and the second at least one control conductor and a housing for containing the first guide, second guide and the at least one jumper.
All-metal side-inserted female connector having guide hole and elastic pieces for guiding wire
An all-metal side-inserted female connector has a top side, a front side, and a rear side. The rear side is formed with a guide hole for insertion of a conductive wire or an insertion pin. A pair of elastic pieces is provided between the front side and the rear side, facing the guide hole, for clamping the conductive wire or insertion pin. The front side is formed with a limit hole aligned with the guide hole for limiting the amplitude of the swing the inserted conductive wire or insertion pin. The front side and the lower end are formed with a front weld leg and a rear leg at respective lower ends thereof. The front weld leg and the rear weld leg are electrically connected to a circuit board.
CONNECTION TERMINAL
A connection terminal includes an electric wire connection part to which an electric wire is electrically connected by ultrasonic bonding, and an electric connection part integrated with the electric wire connection part and electrically connected to a mating terminal. The electric connection part includes a box unit which is formed in a cylindrical shape by bending a plurality of bending parts and into which the mating terminal is capable of being inserted, and a thin-walled portion having a thickness less than other parts of the box unit is provided and a plurality of thin-walled portions is arranged on at least one of the bending parts along the bending part.
CONNECTION TERMINAL
A connection terminal includes: an electric wire connection part to which an electric wire is electrically connected by ultrasonic bonding; and an electric connection part integrated with the electric wire connection part and electrically connected to a mating terminal. The electric connection part includes: a box unit which is bent at bending parts to be formed into a cylindrical shape and into which the mating terminal is insertable; and a spring part disposed so as to be elastically deformable in an inner side of the box unit and brought into contact with the mating terminal. The box unit is provided with an avoidance recess recessed so as to be thinner in thickness than the other portions of the box unit and avoiding interference with the spring part, and the avoidance recess is disposed in the inner side from an inner end positioned on an innermost side of the box unit.
Patch cord connecting metal terminal having a pushbutton on a lateral side of a resilient arm
A pushbutton-equipped patch cord connecting metal terminal is disclosed. The metal terminal has a base on which weld legs are formed. The base has its front part bent backward to form an arc-shaped resilient portion. The arc-shaped resilient portion has its tail end extending backward to form a tilted resilient arm that points the upper rear of the metal terminal. A pushbutton is formed at a lateral of the resilient arm. Also provided is a patch cord connector is composed of the metal terminal and a housing seat. The metal terminal and the connector are structurally simple and easy to use, while ensuring good electrical connection to a patch cord as well as convenient repeated plugging and unplugging of the patch cord.
FLEXING POKE HOME CONTACT
An electrical contact for use in connecting electrical wires is disclosed. The electrical contact includes a cage-like structure, a wire connecting portion, and a flexing contact portion. The cage-like structure includes a plurality of sidewalls and is configured to receive a wire. The wire connecting contact portion includes at least two contact tines that are configured to conductively couple with a corresponding wire. The flexing contact portion includes an end wall, an elastic portion, an extension portion, and a nose portion. The flexing contact portion can store elastic energy and apply a force to a corresponding electrical component.
Electrical Connector and Housing For the Same
An housing of an electrical connector has at least one accommodation passage passing therethrough. At least one wire is inserted into at least one connection terminal accommodated within the accommodation passage in an insertion direction. The housing has a first surface with a first engagement portion and a second surface, opposite to the first surface, with a second engagement portion matched with the first engagement portion. The first engagement portion or the second engagement portion of the housing is configured to be detachably engaged with a second engagement portion or a first engagement portion of another housing, so as to stack the housing and the another housing together. Thus, it is possible to reduce the space occupied by a plurality of electrical connectors, thereby facilitating management of the wires and the electrical connectors.
Metal clip for electrically connecting a conductive wire to a metal element
This disclosure concerns a metal clip for electrically connecting a conductive wire to a planar metal element, the metal clip having an S-shaped cross-section and being composed of three wings, a first wing and a second wing defining a first longitudinal recess allowing the metal clip to be attached to an edge of the planar metal element, the second wing and the third wing defining a second longitudinal recess. The second recess is provided with connection means for receiving the end of the conductive wire and for maintaining electrical contact between the conductive wire and the metal clip.
