WIRE CONNECTION TERMINAL STRUCTURE
A wire connection terminal structure includes a terminal main body and a stopper member. One end of the terminal main body is formed with a connection section. Two support legs extend from the connection section for securely connecting with a preset circuit board. The connection section defines a socket. An elastic abutment plate obliquely extends from the connection section between the two support legs. A locating section is disposed at one end of each support leg. The stopper member is securely connected to the support legs via the locating sections. A stop face is formed on one side of one end of the stopper member proximal to the connection section and positioned in the moving path of the elastic abutment plate when elastically deformed. After the elastic abutment plate is forced, the deformation amount of the elastic abutment plate is restricted by the stop face.
Terminal block
A terminal block is adapted to be connected to a wire, and includes an insulating base seat and a clamping unit. The insulating base seat includes first and second seat portions cooperating with each other to define a passage and a receiving space that communicates with the passage. The clamping unit includes a positioning member connected to the first seat portion and having an upper press section, and a resilient member having a base portion that is proximate to the second seat portion, and a resilient arm portion that is connected to the base portion, and that has a lower press section extending toward the positioning member. The upper and lower press sections are adapted for clamping resiliently an end segment of the wire therebetween.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR
The present invention discloses an electrical connector, comprising: a first insulated shell and a second insulated shell; the first insulated shell has a first chamber and a second chamber opening towards one direction; the second insulated shell is detachably assembled in the first insulated shell; the second insulated shell is inlaid with the second conductive clamping sheet, and the second insulated shell is combined with the first insulated shell to enable the second conductive clamping sheet to contact with the contact tongue part elastically. The present invention has characteristics of simple structure, cost saving, fast assembly and disassembly, low manufacturing cost, good safety and not easily disengaged conductive clamping sheet, good closure of contact area and wide application.
HERMAPHRODITIC PIN AND SOCKET CONNECTOR
An electrical connector for use with wires is disclosed that includes an electrical contact and an insulated housing. The electrical contact includes a wire contact portion and a connector contact portion. The wire contact portion connects the electrical connector to a wire. The connector contact portion includes a male contact prong and a female contact socket. The electrical contact may be positioned within an insulated housing that is designed to connect both the male contact prong and the female contact socket when mated with another electrical device.

Surface-mounted pluggable wiring insert key, driving power source box, and detachable modular LED lamp
A surface-mounted pluggable wiring insert key capable of being used for connecting structural parts of multiple strands of weak-current flexible wires, a driving power source box formed by using the surface-mounted pluggable wiring insert key, and a detachable modular LED lamp provided with the driving power source box structure. A damaged driving power source and other damaged assemblies can be conveniently replaced, abandonment of an LED chip having a long service life or even a whole LED lamp can be prevented, the designed structure is simple, and tin soldering is not required, thereby saving resources, greatly reducing use cost, and facilitating the popularization of the LED lamp.
METAL CLIP FOR ELECTRICALLY CONNECTING A CONDUCTIVE WIRE TO A METAL ELEMENT
This disclosure concerns a metal clip for electrically connecting a conductive wire to a planar metal element, the metal clip having an S-shaped cross-section and being composed of three wings, a first wing and a second wing defining a first longitudinal recess allowing the metal clip to be attached to an edge of the planar metal element, the second wing and the third wing defining a second longitudinal recess. The second recess is provided with connection means for receiving the end of the conductive wire and for maintaining electrical contact between the conductive wire and the metal clip.
TWO-PIECE MALE ELECTRIC TERMINAL AND METHOD OF ASSEMBLING SAME
A two-piece male electric terminal includes an attachment piece with an attachment fastener portion that extends along a terminal axis. The two-piece male terminal also includes a contact piece with a lance and a contact fastener portion that extends along the terminal axis. One of the attachment fastener portion and the contact fastener portion includes a box structure. The box structure is positioned around and extends along the terminal axis and defines an interior space. The box structure includes a resilient contact locator that extends from a wall of the box structure into the interior space. The other of the attachment fastener portion and the contact fastener portion is located in the interior space. The contact locator is pre-stressed against the other of the attachment fastener portion and the contact fastener portion. The two-piece male terminal also includes a weld applied between the attachment piece and the contact piece.
Male-female mutually-pluggable connector
A male-female mutually-pluggable connector includes first and second plastic cores and first and second metal spring plates. The first and second metal spring plates are each formed, on one end portion thereof, with plugging spring plates, and are also formed, on an opposite end thereof, with a wire insertion spring plate having a curved part. At least one of first and second metal spring plates is formed, in the one end portion thereof, with a slot and the slot has an opening having opposite sides that are raised and protruding to each other to form the plugging spring plates. The first and second metal spring plates are fixed in the first and second plastic cores, respectively. The plugging spring plates of the first and second metal spring plates are inter-plugged with each other to form a crossing form.
Modular electrical power transfer device for integrated power platform
The invention provides a modular electrical power transfer device that enables push-in, pull-out connection between electrical power supply wires and interface components. The electrical power transfer device includes at least two physically isolated electrical buses mounted within a non-conducting housing. Each electrical bus includes a blade connector and one or more wire shark-bite connectors. The wire shark-bite connectors can engage with electrical power supply wires, the resulting mechanical and electrical connections enable the electrical bus to receive power from the connected supply wires and redistribute electrical power to another device connected to the electrical bus. The blade connector can engage with a blade contact from an interface component, the resulting mechanical and electrical connections enable transfer of electrical power from the electrical bus to the interface component.
