ELECTRICAL DEVICE FOR SUPPLYING ELECTRICAL POWER TO ELECTRICAL POWER UNITS
An electrical device for supplying electrical power to multiple power units includes a first module, including an electrical circuit breaker; a second, removable module, including a control circuit, programmed to trip the circuit breaker depending on values of the electric current that is flowing through power lines; a connection interface provided with output connectors that are connected to the power lines; removable elements, each containing an item of electrical equipment that is intended to be connected to an electrical power unit and to one of the power lines by the output connectors, the control circuit being connected to an interface for controlling each removable element via a data link by virtue of the connection interface.
Modular bus system
A modular bus system including a support rail having a base and a longitudinal axis; at least one base module, mountable on the support rail, for electrical connection to at least one input/output functional module having a backplane printed circuit board with at least one group of at least two first electrical connectors connected thereto, for electrical connection to an electrical connector of an input/output functional module, the first electrical connectors of the group arranged one after the other along an imaginary line that extends perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the support rail and lie in a plane in which the base of the support rail is located or which is parallel to the base; at least one input/output functional module having an electrical connector and an electronic device for communication with the modular bus system, the electrical connector of the input/output functional module configured for electrical connection to one of the electrical connectors of the base module.
Modular switchboard terminal block with means for transmission of optical data signals
Modular switchboard terminal block (10,20) for transmission of data signals (2) is provided, comprising a container (10a,20a) having, arranged inside it, a printed circuit (30) for processing the data signals, which has two opposite sides (30a,30b) in a transverse direction (Y-Y); connectors (11;21) for electrical connection to controlled/detection devices; and a rear end face provided with hook and spring means for mounting on a DIN switchboard rail (6).
Controller assembly
A controller assembly includes a plurality of controller units, and a heat dissipating unit interposed between the controller units. Male and female connectors are disposed in the controller units, and the connectors thereof are fitted to female and male connectors of the heat dissipating unit to thereby establish electrical contact therebetween. Upon driving electric actuators, heat generated in circuit boards of the controller units is dissipated to the exterior through a plurality of heat dissipating protrusions provided on the heat dissipating unit, so that heat generating sources of the circuit boards are cooled.
Device for coupling a PLC bus
In order to facilitate the vertical placement of modules (104, 106) within a PLC (100) and thus decrease the size of the PLC (100) without reducing the capability of the PLC (100), modules (104, 106) of the PLC (100) each includes a printed circuit board (PCB) (200, 202, 204), a spring loaded pin connector (214) supported by and in electrical communication with a first surface (206, 208) of the PCB (200, 202, 204), and a receptacle (216) supported by and in electrical communication with a second surface (206, 208) of the PCB (200, 202, 204). The spring loaded pin connector (214) and the receptacle (216) are in electrical communication with each other via the PCB (200, 202, 204).
