ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR FOR A MEDICAL PATCH SENSOR
A medical sensor patch connector assembly can include a medical patch having a first side, a second side opposite the first side, and a hole connecting the first side and the second side. The medical sensor patch connector assembly can include a connector including a first clamping member having a first contact surface in contact with the first side of the medial patch and a tab protruding through the hole in the medical patch. The connector can include a second clamping member having a second contact surface in contact with the second side of the medical patch.
Full-shielding cable connector and cable plug thereof
A full-shielding cable connector includes an insulated body, a metal frame, a shielding conductive body, and a pull rod. The insulated body has a plurality of terminal slots for receiving a plurality of terminals, respectively. The metal frame is fixed to the insulated body. The metal frame has pins that are electrically connected to a grounding circuit of a circuit board. The shielding conductive body is detachably assembled to the insulated body and arranged above the metal frame. The shielding conductive body has a cable receiving chamber for receiving a cable, and contacts a top and bottom surface of the cable. The pull rod is rotatable with respect to the shielding conductive body. The pull rod can be rotated to a front end of the insulated body to be fastened thereto.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR ASSEMBLY WITH IMPROVED SHIELDING EFFECT AND EASY INSTALLATION
An electrical connector assembly includes an electrical connector and a metal shielding shell. The electrical connector includes an insulating body and a number of conductive terminals. The insulating body includes a slot. Each conductive terminal includes an elastic abutting portion for abutting against the circuit board. The metal shielding shell includes a receiving cavity for receiving a mating connector. When the mating connector is inserted into the receiving cavity and has not yet made contact with the conductive terminals of the electrical connector, a better shielding effect can be achieved. Besides, by electrically connecting the conductive terminals and the circuit board in a mutually abutting manner, the requirement on the complexity of the circuit board manufacturing process is reduced.
ILLUMINATION DEVICE AND MOUNTING METHOD
An illumination device for a vehicle, having a housing in which a functional module and an actuating unit are arranged, wherein the actuating unit has a drive apparatus and a linear actuating element that is coupled to the functional module so that the functional module can be pivotably moved about a horizontal and/or vertical axis, wherein the drive apparatus is placed in contact with at least one circuit board integrated in the illumination device in a mounted position of the actuating unit so that both the drive apparatus of the actuating unit and the functional module are electrically connected by the same circuit board to an electrical system of the vehicle.
Low Insertion Force Contact Terminal
A low insertion force contact terminal which has a conductor mating portion, a securing portion and a substrate mating portion. The conductor mating portion is configured to terminate a conductor therein. The securing portion is configured to secure the terminal in a terminal receiving cavity of a housing. The substrate mating portion extends from the securing portion. The substrate mating portion has at least two sections which have curved portions thereon. At least one embossment is provided on a first section of the at least two sections or a second section of the at least two sections. The curved portions of the at least two sections move independently, which allows the curved portions to exert a low normal force on walls of through holes of a substrate to which the contact terminal is mated. The low normal force is sufficient to provide a stable electrical connection.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR ASSEMBLY
An electrical connector assembly that can quickly and easily be secured to two electrically conductive structures, such as a flat flexible conductor having multiple electrically conductive traces and a printed circuit board having multiple electrically conductive traces, without the use of specialized tools and/or methods is disclosed. The electrical connector assembly includes a housing having a plurality of slots defined therein. An electrical contact is disposed within each of the plurality of slots. Each electrical contact includes a first portion engaged with the housing, a second portion adapted to engage the first electrically conductive structure when inserted within the housing, and an intermediate portion located between the first portion and the second portion and adapted to engage the second electrically conductive structure when inserted within the housing.
Board connector
A board connector (A) has a housing (10) placed on a circuit board (P). The board connector (A) includes a terminal holding portion (11) and a receptacle (13) extending forward from an outer peripheral edge of the terminal holding portion (11). Terminal fittings (25, 26) are mounted while penetrating through the terminal holding portion (11) and are connectable to the circuit board (P) while being placed on the circuit board (P) behind the terminal holding portion (11). Locks (19) are formed on the housing (10) and restrict a forward tiling displacement of the housing (10) by being locked to the circuit board (P).
Connector alignment and retention panel for modular based system
An electronics housing assembly includes a first housing portion and a second housing portion removably connected to the first housing portion to define an interior space that contains electronics components. A first group of the electronics components is connected to the first housing portion and a second group of the electronics components is connected to the second housing portion. A connector alignment and retention panel is connected to the first housing portion. The connector alignment and retention panel includes a connector support platform with a first connector mounting location. A first electrical connector that is part of the first group of the electronics components is operatively engaged with the first connector mounting location of the panel such that the first electrical connector is mounted on the panel and located in a select position relative to the first housing portion. A first corresponding electrical connector that is part of the second group of said electronics components is operatively secured to the second housing portion and is operatively engaged with the first electrical connector mounted on the panel.
