Optical assemblies with managed connectivity
An adapter block assembly includes an adapter block, a circuit board arrangement, and a cover attached to the adapter block so that the circuit board arrangement is held to the adapter block by the cover. Contact assemblies can be disposed between the adapter block and the circuit board arrangement. The cover can be latched, heat staked, or otherwise secured to the adapter block. Each component of the adapter block assembly can include one or more parts (e.g., multiple adapter blocks, multiple circuit boards, and/or multiple cover pieces).
CONNECTOR, BATTERY MANAGEMENT UNIT AND BATTERY PACK
A connector with increased heat dissipation efficiency and ease of use is provided. The connector includes a mounting portion having a main body and configured to be electrically connected to a printed circuit board of a battery management unit configured to manage voltages of a plurality of battery cells; and the connection portion including two or more connection terminals configured to contact a counterpart connection terminal and the connection portion including a concave-convex structure formed on a surface of each of the two or more connection terminals.
INTERCONNECT SUBSTRATE
An interconnect substrate includes a first interconnect substrate having a first electrode on a first surface and having a recess formed in an edge in a plan view normal to the first surface, a second interconnect substrate having a second electrode on a second surface facing toward the first surface, a connector disposed inside the recess and electrically connected to the first interconnect substrate, an intermediate substrate disposed between the first interconnect substrate and the second interconnect substrate, the intermediate substrate including an insulating base and a conductive via, the insulating base having a through hole extending from a third surface facing the first surface to a fourth surface facing the second surface, the conductive via being disposed in the through hole, a first conductive member electrically connecting the first electrode and the conductive via, and a second conductive member electrically connecting the second electrode and the conductive via.
PCB external device connector
A two part connector for the temporary connection of an external periphery device to a printed circuit board (PCB). When coding or diagnostics need to be performed on much of todays electronic or electronic controlled equipment, an external unit needs to be physically connected to the microprocessor on the PCB of the equipment. Until now equipment manufacturers either install a socket onto the PCB, or form a mating part of connector directly on the surface of PCB, that is electronically connected to the microprocessor through electrical trace paths. This device eliminates the need for a socket and forms an intermediary element between the external unit and the PCB, that connects to the PCB with a set of vertical pins that matingly connect to a series of cutouts on the PCB. This device connects to a plethora of external devices and takes zero space on the surface of the PCB.
CONNECTOR FOR LOW LOSS INTERCONNECTION SYSTEM
A modular electrical connector facilitates low loss connections to components on a printed circuit board. A portion is of the connector is formed of one or more first type units with conductive elements designed to be attached to a printed circuit board. Signals passing through those units may be routed to components on the printed circuit board through traces in the board. One or more second type units may be integrated with the connector. Those units may be designed for attachment to a cable, which may provide signal paths to a location on the printed circuit board near relatively distant components.

HIGH-SPEED COMMUNICATION CONNECTOR CAPABLE OF IMPROVING TRANSMISSION QUALITY AND OF CONTROLLING TRANSMISSION CHARACTERISTICS
A high-speed communication connector capable of improving transmission quality and of controlling transmission characteristics is disclosed. The connector is a board-to-board-type connector for high-speed data communication in band of 10 to 25 GHz, and is constructed so as to reduce signal interference by virtue of a finger body having a PCB structure and shield structures between signal lines of a receptacle body filled with a dielectric material and to realize matching between impedances by virtue of the dielectric material and the signal lines.
Chiclets for a Chiclet Connector
A chiclet for a chiclet connector includes a conductor having a first end and a second end. A housing of the chiclet encloses and defines a housing interior. The conductor extends through the housing interior with the first and second ends of the conductor forming contacts projecting from the housing. The housing forms an electromagnetic shield electrically insulated from the conductor. A support of the chiclet corresponds in shape to the housing interior and is connected to the conductor for fixing the conductor within the housing.
VEHICULAR CAMERA WITH LENS HEATER WITH CONNECTORS
A vehicular camera includes a camera housing, a lens assembly having a lens, an imager printed circuit board (imager PCB), and a heating device. The imager PCB is disposed at the camera housing and the lens is aligned with an imager disposed at the imager PCB. The heating device is disposed at at least a portion of the lens assembly and includes an electrically connecting portion having electrical contacts at an end thereof, with the electrical contacts disposed at an inner surface of the camera housing. The heating device is electrically connected to circuitry of the vehicular camera via electrical connectors that electrically connect with the electrical contacts of the electrically connecting portion of the heating device at the camera housing as the vehicular camera is assembled.
