An electrical connector with electromagnetic shielding function includes a circuit board, a plurality of cables and a shielding component. The circuit board includes a plurality of conductive pads and a ground component. Each of cables includes a wire core and a shielding layer for covering the wire core. One end of the wire core is exposed from the shielding layer, and the wire cores of the cables are electrically connected to the conductive pads respectively. The shielding component is configured on the circuit board and electrically connected to the ground component. The shielding component forms a plurality of shielding grooves for covering the conductive pads and the cables. Each of the shielding grooves includes a contact portion configured to contact the shielding layer and a shielding portion configured to cover the exposed wire core of the cables to provide electromagnetic shielding to the cables.
TERMINAL MODULE AND CONNECTOR
A terminal module is provided with a shielded cable including at least one coated wire, a conductive shield portion and a sheath portion for covering an outer periphery of the shield portion; an inner conductor to be connected to the coated wire, a terminal accommodating member made of resin for accommodating the inner conductor; a first outer conductor made of metal and including a tubular portion for accommodating the terminal accommodating member; and a second outer conductor made of metal and including a covering portion for covering a back end part of the tubular portion of the first outer conductor. A narrowing portion is provided in the back end part of the first outer conductor. The terminal accommodating member includes an escaping portion for avoiding interference with the narrowing portion in the process of accommodating the terminal accommodating member into the tubular portion.
CONNECTORS WITH CONTACTS FOR RF SIGNALS
High-speed connectors that simplify connectivity between electronic devices, are simple to use, and are readily manufactured. One example can simplify connectivity by including contacts for power, data, and one or more RF signals into a single connector. One example provides a connector receptacle having a tongue supporting contacts for data and power. A ground contact can encircle the tongue and a shield can be around the tongue, contacts, and ground contact. An RF contact can be positioned between the ground contact and the shield, such that the ground contact and shield provide RF shielding for the RF contact.
Connector assembly
A connector assembly includes a receptacle connector, a shielding cage and a partitioning element. The shielding cage has a receiving cavity. The partitioning element is provided to the receiving cavity and partitions the receiving cavity into a first module passageway and a second module passageway, the partitioning element includes a compartment frame and a grounding gasket assembled to a front end of the compartment frame, the compartment frame has a first partitioning wall and a second partitioning wall which respectively correspond to the first module passageway and the second module passageway, the grounding gasket integrally has a front plate, a first panel and a second panel, the first panel and the second panel together clamp the first partitioning wall and the second partitioning wall, the first panel and the second panel and the front plate are integrally connected by bulging portions at certain corners.
Connector housing, mating connector housing and system
A connector housing for an electrical connector includes a housing part and a shielding element disposed on the housing part. The shielding element has a contact spring contacting a shielding part of a mating connector housing. The contact spring is bent and pressed against the shielding part during a plugging operation between the connector housing and the mating connector housing.
HDMI Cable
The present disclosure provides an HDMI cable, including: a connector (7), the connector including an HDMI interface, an outer sheath, and a comb connecting end configured for electrical connection with a cable termination comb (6), the comb connecting end being provided with a plurality of lead bonding pads (71); an HDMI wire (100), including a plurality of leads (81) for transmitting data and signals, and a grounding line; and a cable termination comb (6), which is made from a conductive material and configured for inserting and fixing the respective leads (81) of HDMI wire (100), the lead termination comb further including one or more grounding terminals (64) extending toward the connector; wherein the grounding terminals (64) and the leads (81) are electrically connected to the corresponding lead bonding pads (71) of the connector (7).
Electrical connector with shielding between contacts
A connector includes: a contact batch that is composed of two or more groups of contacts; an inner shield that electrically separates the two or more groups of contacts from each other; a body in which the contact batch and the inner shield are press-fitted and fixed; and a shell that covers the contact batch, the inner shield, and the body.
Electrical connector having a ground bus
A contact assembly includes a contact array having contacts including signal contacts and ground contacts. The signal contacts include signal intermediate portions extending between signal mating beams and signal contact tails. The ground contacts include ground intermediate portions extending between ground mating beams and ground contact tails. The contact assembly includes front and rear contact holders. The contact assembly includes a ground bus bridge extending between each of the ground contacts to electrically common each of the ground contacts. The ground bus bridge is integral with the ground contacts and extends across the signal intermediate portions in close proximity to the signal intermediate portions for resonance control of signals transmitted along the signal contacts.
CABLE SHIELDING WITH CONDUCTIVE RESIN
A cable assembly includes a connector head electrically coupled to a plurality of conductors disposed in a cable, the connector head having a plug and a conductor interface; an outer shell including a first portion encasing the plug of the connector head, and a second portion encasing the conductor interface of the connector end; an inner shell including a connector end encasing the second portion of the outer shell, and a cable end encasing a portion of the cable and including an injection gate; and conductive resin including a first portion disposed inside the connector end of the inner shell, and a second portion disposed inside and outside the cable end of the inner shell; wherein inside and outside portions of the second portion of the conductive resin are connected through the injection gate.
CABLE CONNECTOR WITH IMPROVED SHIELDING PERFORMANCE
An electrical connector includes an insulating body and a terminal module. The terminal module includes a first terminal module, a second terminal module, and a shielding piece. The first terminal module includes a number of first conductive terminals. Each first conductive terminal includes a first elastic contact arm and a first tail portion.
