Connector having surge prevention function and circuit board including same
A male connector, which is connected to or disconnected from a female connector, and includes a male connector housing, male connector pins disposed in an inner space of the male connector housing, and a ground connection member having one side connected to the male connector pins and the other side connected to an inner wall of the male connector housing, wherein the ground connection member is provided in plural, and wherein the plurality of ground connection members are respectively connected to the male connector pins in one-to-one relationship and are detachably connected to the male connector pins, respectively, at positions spaced from front ends of the male connector pins by predetermined distances such that the plurality of ground connection members are separated in sequence from the male connector pin by the female connector according to a depth by which the female connector is inserted into the male connector housing.
Movable cooking appliance
A movable cooking appliance comprises a structure which is adapted to be placed on a kitchen worktop appliance or inside a cooking oven appliance and includes a heating element and releasable connector assembly for making electrical connection with power supply connectors. The heating element is an induction heating element and an electronic driving unit is mounted on the appliance. The releasable connector assembly comprising a plug connector having a plurality of terminals designed in order to provide a disconnection signal to the electronic unit before the power supply connectors are fully extracted.
Plug Inlet For Storing Electrical Vehicle Plug
A method includes plugging a plug into a socket, wherein the plugging includes pushing the plug into the socket at least up to a point that a latch clicks into the plug and locks the plug in place. Pressing down on a lever that rotates around an axis causes the lever to be pushed down. This results in the latch moving away from the plug and unlocking the plug from the socket, to thereby allow the plug to be separated from the socket.
Disconnect terminal
A disconnect terminal includes an enclosure, a first conductor rail, a second conductor rail, a switching device, and an actuation device. The switching device can be switched by the actuation device from a connecting position, in which the first conductor rail and the second conductor rail are electrically connected by the switching device into a disconnecting position in which the electrical connection of the first conductor rail and the second conductor rail is separated or disconnected, and back. A visible portion of the actuation device aligns with a surface of a portion of an upper side of the enclosure or with a part connected with the enclosure. In the disconnecting position, the visible portion of the actuation device protrudes from a surface of a portion of an upper side of the enclosure or of a part connected with the enclosure in a clearly visible manner. An assembly is provided of at least two aligned disconnect terminals.
POWER CONNECTOR AND POWER OUTLET
A plunger is movable between a first position and a second position. The plunger separates a first movable contact from a first fixed contact and separates a second movable contact from a second fixed contact at the first position. The plunger presses a first movable piece toward a first fixed terminal to make the first movable contact into contact with the first fixed contact, and presses a second movable piece toward a second fixed terminal to make the second movable contact into contact with the second fixed contact at the second position. The plunger moves from the first position to the second position by being pressed by a pressing portion of an electric plug inserted into a third insertion port.
Managed electrical connectivity systems
A connector arrangement includes a plug nose body; a printed circuit board positioned within a cavity of the plug nose body; and a plug cover that mounts to the plug nose body to enclose the printed circuit board within the cavity. The printed circuit board includes a storage device configured to store information pertaining to the electrical segment of communications media. The plug cover defines a plurality of slotted openings through which the second contacts are exposed. A connector assembly includes a jack module and a media reading interface configured to receive the plug. A patch panel includes multiple jack modules and multiple media reading interfaces.
CONNECTOR
A connector is provided with a first housing and a second housing connectable to each other, a detector arranged movably to a standby position and a detection position with respect to the first housing, a pair of second terminal fittings arranged in the second housing, and a shorting terminal arranged in the second housing to short-circuit the pair of second terminal fittings. The detector includes a releasing portion for releasing a short-circuit state of the pair of second terminal fittings by the shorting terminal as the detector reaches the detection position from the standby position.
SHORTING TERMINAL AND CONNECTOR
The present invention suppresses variation of the position of a contact part in an installed state of a short-circuit terminal. This short-circuit terminal (4) comprises a base (40); a contact part (44); a folded part (41); an opposing part (42); and an overhang part (43). The base (40) has a flat plate shape. The contact part (44) contacts a pair of terminal fittings (2), and is able to short circuit the pair of terminal metal fittings (2). The folded part (41) is extended out so as to be folded back from the base (40). The opposing part (42) is extended facing from the folded part (41) toward the contact part (44), and the gap with the base (40) is formed so as to be smaller than the gap between the opposing inner surfaces of a short-circuit terminal holding chamber (13). The overhang part (43) is extended from the opposing part (42) up to the contact part (44), and is formed so that the gap with the base (40) is greater than the gap between the opposing inner surfaces of the short-circuit terminal holding chamber (13).
Connector and power supply circuit cut-off device
A connector includes a first and second connector housings, a first and second terminals provided in the first and second connector housings, the second terminal including contact pieces with a gap therebetween, the gap being larger than a width dimension of the first terminal. The second connector housing includes pressing plate portions. The second terminal is to be accommodated between the pressing plate portions, the second terminal being displaceable between a first position and a second position, a part of the contact pieces extends beyond distal ends of the pressing plate portions when the second terminal is in the first position, the part of the contact pieces are completely retracted into a space between the pressing plate portions when the second terminal is in the second position. The contact pieces are to be pushed such that the contact pieces contact the terminal plate portions.
