Socket Plastic Hardware Structure Device
An extension lead with a conductive piece in a first socket of the extension lead is provided separately from a conductive part connected to a power cord connection piece. A rotating part for driving the conductive piece or the conductive part to move to and contact with the other of the conductive piece or the conductive part is further provided. When a male tab of the plug is inserted into the first socket, the male tab pushes the rotating part to rotate, and drives the conductive piece or the conductive part to move to and contact with the other of the conductive piece or the conductive part, and the circuit is turned on at this time. When the male tab is pulled out from the first socket, the conductive piece and the conductive part return to their original positions, and the conductive piece is not charged at this time.
Electrical contact terminal for an electrical plug connector for a safety restraint system
An electrical contact terminal for an electrical plug connector for a safety restraint system is made from a single piece of bent and cut sheet-metal. The electrical contact terminal includes a mating end, having at least one contact face adapted for electrically contacting a corresponding counter contact of a counter connector. The mating end defines a mating direction of the electrical contact terminal. The electrical contact terminal includes a mounting end, having a mounting face adapted for being electrically connected to a cable end of an electrical cable. The mounting end defines a cable extension direction of the electrical contact terminal. The electrical contact terminal includes a shorting clip portion and an anchor leg, including a first abutment face. The first abutment face is a cut face of the sheet metal a surface normal of the first abutment face faces in the cable extension direction.
Self shorting connector
A system including an electrical header connector assembly is provided. The electrical header connector assembly includes an insulated body with a mating body portion and a strain relief portion, a first self-shorting contact and a second self-shorting contact. Each self-shorting contact includes a contact tail with a wire receiving recess and a contact blade extending opposite and substantially parallel to the contact tail. Each self-shorting contact further includes a shorting beam extending opposite the contact tail. The shorting beam includes a curved portion extending away from the contact blade and a bent tip portion extending toward the contact blade. The shorting beam of the first self-shorting contact is configured to touch the shorting beam of the second self-shorting contact when the electrical header is in a neutral position.
Switched power over ethernet connector
An arc prevention system including a jack having a receptacle, a modular plug sized to be positioned in the receptacle of the jack, the modular connector including, a plurality of contacts, with at least two of the contacts creating an energized electrical path with an external power source in electrical communication with the external power source, a latch extending from a top surface of the modular plug, a switching unit positioned on the latch, a control circuit in electrical communication with the switch and the at least two energized contacts, where the electrical path between the control circuit and the switching unit is not energized, and the control circuit adjusts the energized electrical path to a predetermined electrical level.
Contact element arrangement
The invention relates to a contact element arrangement consisting of a shaped sheet metal part, wherein at least two contact elements, which are spaced apart from each other and extend away from a flat base plate of the sheet metal part, are shaped from the sheet metal part and wherein the one contact element forms a substantially cylindrical contacting portion for mounting a pin-shaped counter contact by insertion and wherein the second contact element is formed as a contact spring bent in an S-shape over two bending portions, the contact spring forming a contact point facing away from the base plate.
CONNECTOR
It is aimed to detect whether or not a shorting terminal fitting is properly mounted. A female connector (F) is provided with a terminal mounting portion (21) formed in a female housing (20), a shorting terminal fitting (30) mounted in the terminal mounting portion (21), a lock arm (24) formed in the female housing (20) and resiliently displaceable toward the terminal mounting portion (21) due to interference with a male housing (10) in an incompletely connected state, and assembly detecting portions (29) for detecting an improperly assembled state of the shorting terminal fitting (30) by interfering with the shorting terminal fitting (30) in a connection process of the female housing (29) and the male housing (10) when the shorting terminal fitting (30) is improperly mounted in the terminal mounting portion (21).
Connection switching device
A connection switching device is provided which connects a plug, having a plug pin connected to an inspecting circuit, to a receptacle connector connecting an antenna and a transmission/reception circuit, and switches a connection to a parallel connection where the inspection circuit is connected to the antenna and to the transmission/reception circuit. The receptacle connector includes a first contact, a second contact, and a normally closed terminal that is brought into elastic contact with the first contact and the second contact. The plug includes a first plug pin being brought into contact with the first contact, a second plug pin being brought into contact with the second contact, and an insulating projection being inserted between at least one of the first and second contacts and the normally closed terminal to insulate between the at least one of the first and second contacts and the normally closed terminal.
PLUG CONNECTOR ASSEMBLY
A plug connector assembly includes first and second plug connector parts. The first plug connector part is arranged on a printed circuit board (PCB) and includes first contact elements. The second plug connector part includes a base body and second contact elements held by the base body. The first and second contact elements are connected when the first and second plug connector parts are connected. Stamped/bent parts are positioned on respective sides of the first plug connector part and are connected to the PCB. When the plug connector parts are fully connected, an electrical connection is established between at least one stamped/bent part and a contact element of the second plug connector part, or alternatively, an electrical connection is established between the two stamped-bent parts.
