Coaxial connector with switch
Provided is a switch attached coaxial connector that improves an isolation characteristic between a common terminal and a closed terminal. In a normal state where a coaxial plug is not connected to the switch attached coaxial connector, a movable contact portion biased by a leaf spring piece portion elastically contacts a fixed contact piece portion so that a closed terminal and a common terminal are electrically connected to each other. When the coaxial plug is connected to the switch attached coaxial connector, the movable contact portion moves rearward from the fixed contact piece portion by the plug pin abutting against a plug contact portion so that the contact with respect to the fixed contact piece portion is disconnected and the electrical connection of the common terminal is switched from the closed terminal to the plug pin.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR HAVING CLAMPING TERMINAL
An electrical connector includes an insulating housing and a clamping terminal. The insulating housing has a first side wall and a second side wall opposite to the first side wall. The insulating housing has a mating cavity opening forwardly along a front-to-back direction. The first side wall and the second side wall are disposed around the mating cavity. The clamping terminal has a main body and a resilient clamping arm extending along a transverse direction perpendicular to the front-to-back direction from the main body. The clamping arm has a contacting portion exposed in the mating cavity. The first side wall has an assembling slot, and the second side wall has a movable slot. The main body is received in the assembly slot, and a head portion of the clamping arm is movable in the movable slot.
ELECTRICAL PLUG CONNECTOR FOR A SAFETY RESTRAINT SYSTEM
The present invention relates to an electrical plug connector for a safety restraint system, preferably for an airbag ignition system. The plug connector includes at least two contact terminals assigned to the plug connector and a shorting clip that is configured to short-circuit the at least two contact terminals in an uncoupled or incorrectly coupled condition of the plug connector. The shorting clip includes at least two contact blades. Each contact blade is electrically connected with one of the at least two contact terminals. Each of the contact blades includes at least one cutting edge. The cutting edges contact each other such that one edge cuts the other when the plug connector is in in an uncoupled or incorrectly coupled condition.
Communication connector with an elastic inner conductor
A connector comprises an inner conductor (1) and an outer conductor (2); an insulating medium (3) is provided between the inner conductor and the outer conductor, the insulating medium forming an unclosed cavity, and an opening of the unclosed cavity being a port for termination. The inner conductor comprises a first inner conductor (40) and an elastic inner conductor (60), the first inner conductor and the elastic inner conductor being disposed in the unclosed cavity; the elastic inner conductor (60) comprises an elastic member (61) having an inclinedly oriented free end portion (611) and a protrusion (612) projecting towards the first inner conductor (40); in the case where the connector is unterminated, the protrusion of the elastic inner conductor contacts the first inner conductor, and in the case where the connector is terminated, the inclinedly oriented free end portion (611) is moved substantially laterally by a terminating conductor (50) vertically inserted through the port for termination, such that the protrusion (612) is separated from the first inner conductor (40) and the terminating conductor (50) is in contact with the elastic inner conductor (60). The connector solves the problem of a complex connector structure caused by separation of a performance transmission device and an elastic device of a connector in the prior art.
Modular inserted connector detecting structure
The present invention is a modular inserted connector detecting structure, which comprises a connector (such as USB connector) having an insulation body and multiple signal terminals, wherein two sides of the insulation body may have a first and a second detection modules joined therewith, or one surface of the insulation body is provided with a detection module thereon. Thereby, in assembly, the first and second detection modules may be used to join the two sides of the insulation body directly, or a scarfing seat of the detection module may be used to join on the insulation body, in order to achieve the effects of easy structure, convenient assembly, robust joining and facility to produce and manufacture.
ELECTRICAL PLUG CONNECTOR FOR A SAFETY RESTRAINT SYSTEM
The invention relates to an electrical plug connector for a safety restraint system, preferably for an airbag ignition system, including at least two contact terminals disposed within the plug connector and a shorting clip, that is configured to short circuit the at least two contact terminals in an uncoupled or incorrectly coupled condition of the plug connector. The shorting clip includes at least two shorting tongues. Each shorting tongue is electrically connected with a respective contact terminal. Each shorting tongue further includes at least one electrical contact surface and at least one of the shorting tongues includes an actuating member. The actuating member is provided with an actuating surface that is configured to interact with a separator device. The contact surfaces are not arranged within the same plane as the actuating surface(s).
Connector for a safety restraint system
The present invention relates to squib connectors, for instance for airbag ignition systems, which allow the electrical or electronic monitoring of the correct coupling of a squib plug connector with its corresponding counterpart. According to the invention, a squib connector has at least two terminals having corresponding signal lines. In order to allow an electrical monitoring of the correct coupling of the plug connector, the terminals are in electrical contact with each other in the uncoupled or incorrectly coupled condition of the plug connector. This electrical contact between the terminals is configured to be separated upon correct coupling to a corresponding counter-connector either automatically or by an actuating action. The disconnecting of the terminals may then be monitored by any suitable monitoring means.
