The level shifters each have an enable node. An enable circuit includes an output terminal connected to the enable node of each of the plurality of level shifters, and each of the plurality of level shifters is configured to output the corresponding output signals in response an enable signal received by the enable circuit.
LEVEL SHIFTER AND A METHOD FOR SHIFTING VOLTAGE LEVEL
A level shifter comprises a first control switch (207) for connecting an output terminal to a first supply voltage (VDDH) to set an output signal to be high, and a second control switch (208) for connecting the output terminal to a signal ground (GND) to set the output signal to be low. The level shifter comprises a pre-charging switch (210) for connecting the output terminal to the first supply voltage, and an input gate circuit (211) for controlling an ability of an input signal to control the second control switch. The level shifter comprises a keeper circuit (212) for controlling the first control switch based on the output signal. The first control switch is controlled with the first supply voltage when the output signal is low, and with a second supply voltage that is between the first supply voltage and the signal ground when the output signal is high.
Voltage generators with charge pumps for switch circuits
Disclosed herein are non-limiting examples of voltage generators that use multiple charge pumps coupled in series to generate a targeted voltage. The charge pumps implement multiple charge pump units that reduce the introduction of noise into a circuit in which they are implemented. The charge pumps units work in parallel on different clock phases to reduce spurious noise. This is in contrast to using a single charge pump with a relatively large flying capacitor or a plurality of charge pumps in series. This can, for example, reduce spurious signals or spurs that arise due at least in part to the characteristics of the clock signal. The disclosed technologies may be particularly advantageous for SOI-based components and circuits.

The switching circuit is a combined latch with a built-in level shifter that provides latching functionality and level shifting functionality and a leakage path is cut-off when the switching circuit is providing latching functionality.
