A method performed in an electronic device is provided. The method includes: collecting operation information on at least one of a data communication operation, a paging operation, and a voice communication operation of a first antenna, a second antenna, or a third antenna; determining at least one antenna to be used of the first antenna, the second antenna, and third antenna based on at least part of the collected operation information; and performing communication by using the determined antenna.

Adaptive receive diversity

This disclosure provides systems, methods, and apparatuses for wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may enable adaptive receive diversity (RxD) by receiving an indicator for a channel occupancy time (COT), outside of the COT and in a non-RxD mode, and may transfer to the RxD mode for reception during the COT. After an end to the COT, the UE may return to the non-RxD mode. In this way, the UE enables improved power gain, diversity gain, or spatial nulling gain during a COT, and enables reduced power utilization outside of the COT.

An apparatus includes a radio-frequency (RF) receiver for receiving an RF signal using a plurality of antennas. The RF receiver includes a demodulator to provide a switch signal to cause the RF receiver to use an antenna in the plurality of antennas. The RF receiver further includes a carrier frequency offset (CFO) correction circuit that uses an estimation of the carrier frequency offset and an estimation of phase differences to remove the carrier frequency offset.

WIRELESS COMMUNICATION WITH INTERFERENCE MITIGATION
20220209800 · 2022-06-30 ·

In one implementation, a wireless communications terminal includes a multi-element antenna. In addition, the terminal includes preliminary signal combiners to combine received signals output by corresponding pairs of antenna elements. For each preliminary signal combiner, the signal output by a first of the pair of elements provides a model of interference present in the received signal output by the second of the pair of elements. The preliminary signal combiner is configured to combine the signal output by the first element with the signal output by the second element to produce an initial interference-mitigated signal. The terminal also includes phase shifters to apply complex weights to interference-mitigated signals to produce complex-weighted versions of the interference-mitigated signals and effectively steer a main beam of the antenna to facilitate reception of a desired signal and another signal combiner to combine the complex-weighted versions of the interference-mitigated signals to produce an interference-mitigated output signal.
