SIDELINK TX RESOURCE POOL SELECTION
Methods and apparatuses in a wireless communication system. A method of operating a UE includes: receiving configuration information for TX resource pools including at least one of a first set of resource pools or a second set of resource pools; identifying, at an RRC sub-layer, the first and second set of resource pools based on a HARQ feedback channel; selecting, at a MAC sub-layer, a logical channel to transmit SL data, wherein the logical channel includes a highest priority among multiple logical channels using an LCP function; determining, at the MAC sub-layer, whether the logical channel is configured with the HARQ feedback channel; selecting, at the MAC sub-layer, a TX resource pool from the first set of resource pools based on a determination that the logical channel is configured with the HARQ feedback channel; and transmitting the SL data based on the TX resource pool.
TYPE-1 CODEBOOK CONSTRUCTION WITH MULTIPLE AGGREGATION FACTORS
Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may determine that a base station has scheduled the UE for one or more downlink transmissions, each of the one or more downlink transmissions having an associated repetition factor that corresponds to one of a plurality of configured repetition factors configured at the UE. The UE may identify an applied repetition factor to apply to feedback codebook generation for the one or more downlink transmissions. The UE may generate a feedback codebook for reporting feedback for the one or more downlink transmissions, the feedback codebook populated based at least in part on the applied repetition factor and on whether the one or more downlink transmissions were successfully received and decoded. The UE may transmit to the base station a feedback report that includes the feedback codebook.
HARQ Feedback Collision in Unlicensed Bands
A wireless device receives a radio resource control (RRC) message that includes configuration parameters for scheduling a plurality of physical uplink shared channels (PUSCHs) via a downlink control information (DCI). In an embodiment, the configuration parameters may include an indication enabling a dynamic determination of a PUSCH of the plurality of PUSCHs for multiplexing an uplink control information (UCI). In an additional embodiment, the UCI may overlap with a first PUSCH of the plurality of PUSCHs. The wireless device may transmit the UCI via a second PUSCH of the plurality of PUSCHs in response to a failed listen-before-talk (LBT) procedure for the first PUSCH.
SPATIAL REUSE IN WIRELESS COMMUNICATION
A method of wireless communication may include monitoring, by a first device, a medium for frames in response to preparing to transmit a first frame to a second device. The method may also include while monitoring the medium and before transmitting the first frame, obtaining a second frame transmitted by a third device in the medium and adjusting a transmission of the first frame to the second device in the medium based on obtaining the second frame.
METHOD FOR TRANSMITTING AND RECEIVING UPLINK CONTROL INFORMATION, TERMINAL AND BASE STATION
The present disclosure provides a method for transmitting uplink control information, a method for receiving uplink control information, a method for configuring a downlink HARQ feedback function, a terminal and a base station. The method for transmitting uplink control information comprises: transmitting uplink control information to a base station, wherein the uplink control information comprises at least one of decoding statistical information for downlink transmission, suggestion information for downlink scheduling, or channel quality related information.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MULTICAST COMMUNICATION
A method for multicast communication. The method which may be performed by a terminal device comprises receiving a downlink control channel from a network node. The downlink control channel may be associated with a traffic of the terminal device. The method further comprises determining an uplink resource to transmit feedback for the traffic to the network node, according to the association between the downlink control channel and the traffic. A hybrid automatic repeat request feedback may be implemented efficiently and flexibly for different traffic such as multicast and unicast traffic.
CROSS LAYER IMPROVEMENT WITH RADIO LINK CONTROL FEEDBACK ON PHYSICAL LAYER
Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for cross layer improvement with radio link control feedback on physical layer. In aspects, a method performed by a user equipment (UE) includes receiving a radio link control (RLC) packet; and transmitting, in response to the RLC packet, an RLC acknowledgment (ACK) or an RLC negative acknowledgment (NACK) on a pre-configured uplink resource associated with the RLC packet.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR FEEDBACK TRANSMISSION OR RECEPTION IN WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM
The present disclosure relates to a communication method and system for converging a 5.sup.th-Generation (5G) communication system for supporting higher data rates beyond a 4.sup.th-Generation (4G) system with a technology for Internet of Things (IoT). The present disclosure may be applied to intelligent services based on the 5G communication technology and the IoT-related technology, such as smart home, smart building, smart city, smart car, connected car, health care, digital education, smart retail, security and safety services. A method performed by a first terminal in a communication system is provided. The method includes transmitting data of a physical side link shared channel (PSSCH) and sidelink control information (SCI) associated with the data, and receiving, from a second terminal, a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback for the data, wherein the HARQ feedback is performed based on a distance between the first terminal and the second terminal, in case that the SCI includes location information of the first terminal.
METHOD, APPARATUS, AND SYSTEM FOR GENERATING HARQ-ACK CODEBOOK IN WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM
One aspect of the present invention discloses a terminal of a wireless communication system. The terminal comprises a communication module and a processor for controlling the communication module, wherein the processor generates a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ)-ACK codebook including one or more bits indicating whether reception of a channel or signal is successful, and transmits the HARQ-ACK codebook to a base station of the wireless communication system, wherein the HARQ-ACK codebook is generated on the basis of a slot corresponding to a value of an HARQ-ACK feedback timing parameter (K1) set in a sub-slot level, and each of bits configuring the HARQ-ACK codebook corresponds to at least one sub-slot form among a plurality of sub-slots included in the slot.
Transmitting or Dropping HARQ Feedback Based on Transport Block Priority
A wireless device receives a DCI indicating a first priority of a transport block and a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback timing of a HARQ feedback of the transport block. The wireless device switches, after receiving the DCI and before the HARQ feedback timing, from a first bandwidth part to a second bandwidth part as an active bandwidth part. The wireless device transmits or drops the HARQ feedback based on whether or not the first priority of the transport block comprises a first value.
