Systems and methods for data collection and frequency evaluation for pumps and fans

Methods and systems for data collection in an environment including pumps and fans are disclosed. A monitoring system may include a data collector communicatively coupled to a plurality of input channels, wherein the input channels are communicatively coupled to sensors measuring operational parameters of a pump or fan. A data storage may store one or more frequencies related to an operation of the pump or fan, and a data acquisition circuit may interpret a plurality of detection values from the collected data. A frequency evaluation circuit may detect a signal on one of the input channels at a frequency higher than the one or more frequencies at which the pump or fan operates.

Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for configuring hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) soft combining for a subset of HARQ processes supported by a user equipment (UE). A method performed by the UE generally includes transmitting capability information indicating a capability of the UE to perform hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) soft combining and receiving, based on the capability information, configuration information from the BS configuring the UE to perform soft combining on only a subset of a set of HARQ processes.

TRANSMITTING DEVICE AND BUFFER CONTROL METHOD

A transmitting device includes a first layer processor configured to include a buffer to store therein transmission data, the first layer processor configured to execute processing for a first layer on the transmission data, a second layer processor configured to execute processing for a second layer that differs from the first layer on the transmission data, and a transmitter configured to transmit the transmission data processed by the first layer processor and the second layer processor. The first layer processor discards the transmission data stored in the buffer in accordance with a parameter used for transmission control in the processing for the second layer.

A method for handling contention based data transmission (CBDT) in a wireless communication network is disclosed. The method includes: allocating CBDT resource blocks to a plurality of user equipment (UEs); receiving data bits and control bits on one or more resource blocks among the allocated CBDT resource blocks from a group of UEs among the plurality of UEs; determining whether each of the received data bits and control bits is decoded successfully; transmitting a negative acknowledgment message to each UE in the group of UEs based on determining that the received control bits are decoded successfully, and the received data-bits are not decoded successfully; and storing the data-bits which are not decoded successfully in a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) buffer.

Method and device for retransmitting data

A method and device for retransmitting data are provided. The method includes: receiving, by a first device, on a DRB, a first PDCP PDU transmitted by a second device; performing, by the first device, on a PDCP layer, an IP verification for the first PDCP PDU; transmitting, by the first device, a PDCP status report to the second device when the IP verification for the first PDCP PDU is failed and a trigger condition is met, where the triggering condition is used for triggering the first device to transmit the PDCP status report to the second device. Thus, it can be ensured that the first PDCP PDU transmitted by the second device is received on the DRB again by the first device when the IP verification for the first PDCP PDU is failed, thereby effectively solving the problem of data packet loss caused by a failure of IP verification.
