Channel agnostic scheduling system
A system that allows for channel and platform agnostic automated scheduling. A user that is registered with the system may add an automated assistant into a pre-existing communication thread or channel, such as a short messaging service (“SMS”) conversation between multiple friends. Any user in the thread may interact with the assistant even if not registered with the system. Once present, the assistant analyzes messages sent to the thread for wake words that trigger actions or responses by the system, including automated scheduling actions. When scheduling is invoked, the system will find acceptable times based on top-down and bottom-up availability provided by registered users, and will propose meeting times until one is accepted by some or all of the participants. Once accepted, the system will confirm the meeting, update linked calendars, and provide reminders to attendees.
MACHINE-LEARNING-MODEL BASED NAME PRONUNCIATION
A computer-implemented conferencing method is disclosed. A conference session between a user and one or more other conference participants is initiated via a computer conference application. An attribute-specific pronunciation of the user's name is determined via one or more attribute-specific-pronunciation machine-learning models previously trained based at least on one or more attributes of the one or more other conference participants. The attribute-specific pronunciation of the user's name is compared to a preferred pronunciation of the user's name via computer-pronunciation-comparison logic. Based on the attribute-specific pronunciation of the user's name being inconsistent with the preferred pronunciation of the user's name, a pronunciation learning protocol is automatically executed to convey, via the computer conference application, the preferred pronunciation of the user's name to the one or more other conference participants.
VIRTUAL SYSTEM FOR MERGING AND SPLITTING VIRTUAL MEETINGS
A processor may enhance user experience in a virtual reality (VR) meeting. A processor may generate a first VR environment of the VR meeting having a plurality of users. In embodiments, the plurality of users may opt into the VR meeting. A processor may analyze meeting activity collected from one or more data collection devices. In embodiments, the meeting activity may be associated with the plurality of users. A processor may identify a meeting modifier in the meeting activity. A processor may alter, responsive to identifying a meeting modifier in the meeting activity, the first VR environment of the VR meeting to generate a second VR environment.
COMPUTER-IMPLEMENTED METHOD, SMART CONFERENCE ROOM SYSTEM, AND COMPUTER-PROGRAM PRODUCT
A smart conference room system is provided. The smart conference room system includes an intelligent conference interactive panel including one or more processors configured to convert user input into a conference information, and a memory configured to store the conference information. The intelligent conference interactive panel is configured to transmit conference information to one or more terminal devices. The one or more terminal devices are configured to perform a controllable operation based on the conference information transmitted to the one or more terminal devices.
AUTOMATED SESSION RECORDING FOR ABSENT PARTICIPANTS
The technology disclosed herein enables recording of user communications during a communication session on behalf of a user who is unable to attend. In a particular embodiment, a method includes identifying a meeting at a meeting time when a user is unable to attend. In an automated recording system, the method includes joining a communication session for the meeting as an endpoint at the meeting time. During the communication session, the method includes receiving user communications in the automated recording system from other endpoints on the communication session. After receiving the user communications, the method includes storing the user communications to a storage system.
VIDEO COMMUNICATION APPLICATION AUTOMATED FEATURES
A processor may receive application data regarding a session on a video communication application. The processor may receive user data regarding one or more participants associated with the session. The processor may analyze application data to identify contextual features of the application data. The processor may identify that a first contextual scenario has occurred.
Communication management system, communication system, computer-readable recording medium, and maintenance system
A communication management system includes: a storage unit configured to store destination information of a first communication terminal that establishes a first session with a relay device that relays communication data, destination information of a conversion system that performs mutual conversion between communication schemes of communication data transmitted from the first communication terminal and a second communication terminal and establishes a second session with the relay device, and destination information of the second communication terminal that establishes a third session with the conversion system; a receiving unit configured to receive start request information to start communication between the communication terminals from the first communication terminal; an extracting unit configured to extract destination information of each communication terminal and the conversion system stored in the storage unit, based on the received start request information; and a transmitting unit configured to transmit the extracted destination information to the relay device.
Executing Scripting for Events of an Online Conferencing Service
Techniques are disclosed for automatically executing scripts for event in response to user activity within the event. A server executing a video conferencing service, receives meeting scheduling information and a set of user-specified scripting information from a user requesting to generate an event. In response to receiving a request from user device to access the event, the server causes display of an event interface to the device, the displayed interface including indications of sub-groups of a group of users accessing the conferencing service via a plurality of user devices and an indication of a video feed of a user in the group of users that is currently active. In response to one or more triggers corresponding to the event, one or more scripts are executed for the event, where executing the one or more scripts includes altering the displayed interface.
FACILITATING SOCIAL EVENTS IN WEB CONFERENCES
A method, computer system, and a computer program product for topic monitoring in web conferencing is provided. The present invention may include determining a topic profile for each of the plurality of virtual rooms. The present invention may include displaying, in a web conference user interface, the determined topic profile for each of the plurality of virtual rooms to a user. The present invention may include identifying one or more topics of interest of the user. The present invention may include recommending one or more virtual rooms to the user based on a commonality score between the one or more topics of interest of the user and the topic profile for each of the plurality of rooms.
CONFERENCE CREATION METHOD, TERMINAL, SERVER END, AND STORAGE MEDIUM
Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to the technical field of communications. Disclosed are a conference creation method, a server end, a terminal, and a storage medium. In the present disclosure, the conference creation method is applied to a video conference terminal. The method includes: establishing a point-to-point video conference with an opposite-end device, and obtaining an identity identifier of the opposite-end device; generating a data conference creation request containing identity identifiers of two parties of the conference, wherein the two parties of the conference include the video conference terminal and the opposite-end device; and transmitting the data conference creation request to a data conference server end, so that the data conference server end creates a data conference corresponding to the point-to-point video conference according to the identity identifiers of the two parties of the conference.
