A wireless conferencing system for wirelessly connecting a computerized device with a display device includes at least a data transmitter. The data transmitter includes a transmitter self-powered unit, a data transmission module electrically powered by the transmitter self-powered unit, and a computer interface communicatively lined to the data transmission module, wherein when the computer interface is configured for detachably connecting to the computerized device, the data transmission module is powered and ready for wirelessly transmitting data from the computerized device to the display device without consuming power of the computerized device.

System and method for verifying and providing compensation for participation in real-time streaming of multimedia over a decentralized network

The present invention relates to systems and methods suitable for verifying and compensating nodes for streaming multimedia. In particular, the present invention relates to systems and methods that utilize a blockchain to verify and compensate devices for computational resources contributions when streaming multimedia over a decentralized network.

Audio group identification for conferencing

Systems and methods are disclosed for audio group identification for conferencing. For example, methods may include joining a conference call using a network interface; accessing an audio signal that has been captured using a microphone; detecting a control signal in the audio signal; and, responsive to detection of the control signal, invoking modification of an audio path of the conference call.

Embodiments of the present disclosure disclose an information display method and apparatus, and an electronic device. The method in a specific embodiment comprises: receiving a multimedia information stream, wherein the information stream comprises a multimedia data stream, and interactive information sent by a user according to multimedia information content; determining data types corresponding to the interactive information, the data types comprising an emoji data type and a chat data type; and in response to determining that the interactive information is to be displayed on a display interface displaying the multimedia data stream, displaying the interactive information on the display interface in an interactive information display region corresponding to the data types, the interactive information display region comprising a chat information display region and an emoji information display region.

AUTONOMOUS SCREENSHARE OF DYNAMIC MAGNIFICATION VIEW WITHOUT PRIMARY COLLABORATION INTERRUPTION

Sharing a perspective view with users in a web conference by identifying each user participating in a web conference, determining a role of at least two users participating in the web conference, determining a first user provides screen content to the web conference, wherein the provided screen content of the first user corresponds to a first view of the first user, generating a second perspective view of the provided screen content of the first user for a second user, and providing the second view of the provided screen content to the second user.

Method, apparatus, and computer program product for organizing the booting operation of a group-based communication session

Various methods, apparatuses, and computer program products are provided for background updating an application. An example computer-implemented method includes activating a group-based communication browser session within a first display window of an apparatus. The computer-implemented method also includes transmitting an update request for the group-based communication browser session to a group-based communication system upon determining that a window focus of the apparatus is on a second display window. The computer-implemented method further includes receiving an update for the group-based communication browser session. The computer-implemented method still further includes caching the update for the group-based communication browser session via a memory of the apparatus. The computer-implemented method also includes refreshing the group-based communication browser session based at least in part on the update upon determining that the window focus of the apparatus changes to the first display window. Corresponding apparatuses and computer program products are also provided.

Annunciator drawer

A dual-screen user device and methods for revealing a combination of selected desktops and applications on single and dual screens are disclosed. Desktops and applications can be shifted between screens by user gestures, and/or moved off of the screens and therefore hidden. Hidden desktops and screens can be re-displayed by other gestures. The desktops and applications are arranged in a window stack that represents a logical order of the desktops and applications providing a user with an intuitive ability to manage multiple applications/desktops running simultaneously. One embodiment provides an annunciator window extending across both screens in a dual screen configuration. The annunciator window provides alerts, notifications, and statuses of the device in an increased area thereby enhancing viewability of the information in the window. The annunciator window can be expanded over a selected screen to view full contents of the window without having to minimize or close running applications.

TELECONFERENCING INTERFACES AND CONTROLS FOR PAIRED USER COMPUTING DEVICES

Techniques for providing unified user interfaces among actively paired devices, including that first and second devices are actively paired together at a first time based on a determination that the first device is in physical proximity to the second device when the first and second devices are both authenticated for a same user service account; receiving, at the first time, an indication of an actuation of a first user interface control associated with a teleconferencing session and presented by the first device; and causing, in response the receipt of the indication and the determination that the first and second devices are actively paired together at the first time, a real-time component of the teleconferencing session to be rendered by the second device while a first user associated with the user service account is joined to the teleconferencing session as a participant.

Certain embodiments are directed to systems and methods for facilitating the process of joining a conference call within a conference environment. A conference call participant may initiate a conference call within a conference environment (e.g., a conference room), by causing the participant's client device to emit a unique audio tone (which may be human-audible or human-inaudible) that is detected by a call device within the conference room. The unique tone is indicative of unique conference call identification data, which may be utilized by the call device to initiate the conference call, without requiring additional user input by the conference call participant.
