Systems and methods of the present disclosure include receiving text, audio, and/or other data from one or more past or currently occurring communication sessions, receiving a text and/or audio request for information from a user relating to a past or a currently occurring communication session, identifying an answer to the request in the text, audio, and/or other data from the communication session; and presenting the answer to the user in a user-friendly manner via a user interface. Systems and methods include providing answers to queries relating to meetings and/or communication sessions occurring in a series such as recurring meetings.

Techniques for utilizing a communication system that provides access to a representation of a virtual environment to participants. The communication system may establish connections between personal communication bridge(s) associated with participant(s) interacting within a virtual proximity radius of one another's virtual indicator in the virtual environment. The communication system may cause conversation data to be sent each personal communication bridge associated with a participant that is within the virtual proximity radius of the sender, and cause conversation data to be received via the personal communication bridge of a participant that is within the virtual proximity radius of the sender. Systems and methods for facilitating virtual collaboration between users within virtual environments are disclosed. A plurality of users access a collaborative virtual environment system using interface devices with varying capabilities to establish a virtual collaboration session in which users communicate via a bidirectional real-time communication channel and interact within a virtual environment. Annotations or other user interactions within the virtual environment are automatically propagated to each user in the virtual collaboration session in order to facilitate collaboration. Data from such virtual collaboration sessions may be captured for later use.

Methods and systems for conducting virtual meetings are described herein. A host device configured to host a virtual meeting and one or more user devices may receive information used to set up a virtual meeting from a computing device. The host device may establish a network a user device may connect to for participating in the virtual meeting. The one or more user devices may be directly connected to the host device so that data for the virtual meeting need only travel directly between the one or more user devices and the host device with no intermediary devices. Host responsibilities may be transferred from the host device to one of the user devices. If the host device becomes unresponsive, the computing device may perform actions to allow the user devices to continue the virtual meeting.
