Systems and methods to encode sounds in association with containers
Systems and methods to encode sounds in association with containers, as well as systems and methods to recognize encoded sounds associated with containers, are described. The containers may include various structures to encode sounds. Responsive to opening of containers, the various structures may emit the encoded sounds. An audio capture device may receive the encoded sounds, and a computing device may process the encoded sounds to identify audio signatures within the encoded sounds. The audio signatures may be matched with known audio signatures to identify the containers and/or information associated with the containers.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR GENERATING STATUS REQUESTS FOR UNITS OF WORK
Systems and methods for generating status requests for units of work are disclosed. Some implementations may: manage environment state information maintaining a collaboration environment; identify one or more work unit records having potentially incorrect status values for a status parameter; generate status requests prompting user input to update the potentially incorrect status values for the one or more work unit records identified; and effectuate presentation of the status requests, such that the first status request is presented via a client computing platform associated with the first user.
SERVER DEVICE, CONFERENCE ASSISTANCE SYSTEM, CONFERENCE ASSISTANCE METHOD, AND NON-TRANSITORY COMPUTER READABLE STORAGE MEDIUM
The present invention provides a server device which enables smooth sharing of information in a conference. This server device is provided with a determination unit and an information provision unit. The determination unit analyzes a statement of a participant in a conference, and determines whether or not the statement of the participant matches a predetermined condition. The information provision unit provides predetermined shared information to the participant in the conference if the statement of the participant matches the predetermined condition.
CAMERA FORMAT SELECTION
The subject technology receives, at a local device, a requested camera format based on specifications of a display associated with a remote device. The remote device and the local device are devices participating in a video conference. The requested camera format includes a first resolution. Camera formats supported by a camera associated with the local device are determined. If a second resolution of a first camera format matches among the supported camera formats matches with the first resolution, the first camera format is selected for capturing the video stream by the camera. Otherwise, a second camera format among the supported camera formats is determined for capturing the video stream so as to maximize a field of view of the video stream relative to other camera formats supported by the camera.
STREAMING DATA PROCESSING FOR HYBRID ONLINE MEETINGS
Techniques of streaming data processing for hybrid online meetings are disclosed herein. In one example, a method includes receiving, at the remote server, a video stream captured by a camera in the conference room. The video stream captures images of multiple local participants of an online meeting. The method also includes determining identities of the captured images of the multiple local participants in the received video stream using meeting information of the online meeting and generating a set of individual video streams each corresponding to one of the multiple local participants. The set of individual video streams can then be transmitted to the second computing device corresponding to a remote participant of the online meeting as if the multiple local participants are virtually joining the online meeting.
INFORMATION PROCESSING APPARATUS, METHOD OF CONTROLLING INFORMATION PROCESSING APPARATUS, AND NON-TRANSITORY STORAGE MEDIUM
According to one aspect of the present disclosure, an information processing apparatus configured to: transmit a posting; display the transmitted posting; display information of data linked to other posting as responses to the transmitted posting; receive a user operation to specify a print function through an object displayed in association with the transmitted posting; display information of the data linked to the other posting associated with the posting as selectable data to be printed; and transmit a print instruction based on information of the displayed data that is selected through a user operation.
NETWORK BANDWIDTH CONSERVATION DURING VIDEO CONFERENCING
According to one embodiment, a method, computer system, and computer program product for network bandwidth conservation is provided. The embodiment may include monitoring eye focus of a user. The embodiment may include monitoring voice input of the user. In response to determining the eye focus of the user is on a video feed of another user for more than a threshold amount of focus time, the embodiment may include receiving the video feed of the another user. In response to determining the eye focus of the user is on a screen of a video conference and determining, based on the voice input, the user is speaking towards the screen of the video conference, the embodiment may include enabling a camera of the user and transmitting a video feed of the user.
ECHO CANCELLATION IN ONLINE CONFERENCE SYSTEMS
An embodiment for cancelling echo in online conference systems is provided. According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the computer-implemented method comprises, in response to an update of devices of participants in an online conference, dividing, by one or more processors, the devices in an online conference into a plurality of groups, wherein the devices located in a same physical location are divided into a same group. The method also comprises, in response to an update of the devices in an online conference, selecting at least one speaker of the devices in each of the plurality of groups as a representative speaker for each of the plurality of groups. The method further comprises forwarding audio data received from microphones of the devices in one of the plurality of groups to the respective representative speaker of other groups of the plurality of groups.
VIRTUAL COLLABORATION WITH PARTICIPANT DISRUPTION NOTIFICATIONS
A notification is provided to participants in a collaboration session when another participant is possibly experiencing a disruptive event. Information sources, such as network web services maintained by governments, public utilities, or media organizations are queried to determine when a potentially disruptive event is occurring and an affected location. Locations of participants are then compared to locations of any disruptive events. If it is determined that a participant may be experiencing a disruption, the other participants are notified of the disruption.
Data stream prioritization for communication session
A method for data stream prioritization by a session controller is described. Usage data associated with a video communication session is received for one or more client devices of the video communication session. The usage data is based on content within data streams of the video communication session. A first client device of the one or more client devices is identified as having a higher priority level during the video communication session based on the usage data. Instructions are sent to the first client device during the video communication session causing the first client device to improve a quality of a first data stream generated by the first client device for the video communication session.
