INFORMATION PROCESSING APPARATUS AND METHOD AND NON-TRANSITORY COMPUTER READABLE MEDIUM
An information processing apparatus includes a processor configured to: obtain, during an online meeting, when a participant has left halfway through the online meeting, an absent period of the participant and a remaining time of the online meeting, the absent period being a period of time for which the participant is absent after the participant has left the online meeting, the remaining time being a time from when the participant returns to the online meeting until an end time of the online meeting, the online meeting being a meeting conducted via a communication network; and switch a format of content presentation information to be presented to the participant having left halfway through the online meeting in accordance with a combination of the obtained absent period and the obtained remaining time, the content presentation information being information on content of the online meeting during the absent period of the participant.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR DETERMINING THE SHAREABILITY OF VALUES OF NODE PROFILES
The present disclosure relates to determining the shareability of values of node profiles. Record objects and electronic activities of a system of record corresponding to a data source provider may be accessed. Each record object may correspond to a record object type and have one or more object field-value pairs. Node profiles may be maintained. Values of fields corresponding to a predetermined type of field including fewer than a predetermined threshold number of data source providers may be identified. A restriction tag used to restrict populating other node profiles may be generated. Provision of the value with a second data source provider may be restricted.
SYSTEM AND METHOD OF CONDUCTING A MENTAL CONFRONTATION IN A FORM OF A MOBILE APPLICATION OR A COMPUTER PROGRAM
Systems and methods are disclosed herein for computer-aided method for developing, customizing, and faciliating the process of dispute, debates and discussions between individuals and groups. The mobile application, computer software, addons to instant messaging and online conference platforms create mental confrontation routines (e.g., dispute, debate or discussion), where opposing sides can formulate their position and support it with arguments or counter-arguments. All arguments and counter-arguments take the form of time-limited video clips, thus creating a personal component, showing the emotional state of parties, body language, facial expression—all that creates a feeling of realistic argument, yet in a structured step-by-step format. The weight of each side’s arguments is assessed by judges (one or more) who choose the winner and administer justice.
VIRTUAL BACKGROUND TEMPLATE CONFIGURATION FOR VIDEO COMMUNICATIONS
Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media relate to a method for providing video communications with dynamic virtual backgrounds within a communication platform. The system provides a user interface for the configuration of a virtual background configuration template. The user interface receives the placement of at least one virtual background boundary areas that may be associated with at least one particular virtual backgrounds to be used for video communications. The selection of the configuration template to be used and/or the specific virtual backgrounds to be used for a video meeting may be determined based on rules as applied to contextual information of a planned meeting defined in a calendaring system.
NON-TRANSITORY COMPUTER READABLE MEDIUM STORING PROGRAM
A non-transitory computer readable medium storing a program causing a computer to execute a process including: receiving registration of information on a meeting including plural agendas, information on participants who participate in each of the plural agendas, information on a scheduled start time and a scheduled end time of each of the plural agendas, and information on a document used for each of the plural agendas; receiving start and end of each of the plural agendas; and notifying participants of a progress status while an agenda of the plural agendas is in progress, the progress status being based on a display state of a document scheduled to be used in the agenda, the participants being scheduled to participate in agendas subsequent to the agenda currently in progress.
Agenda Intelligence System
Agenda intelligence software determines completions of agenda items of a multi-participant communication using a transcription generated in real-time during the multi-participant communication and generates an agenda for a next multi-participant communication including incomplete agenda items. A software platform may in some cases include the agenda intelligence software, a transcription engine which generates the real-time transcription of the multi-participant communication, and a communication system which implements the multi-participant communication. The agenda generated for the next multi-participant communication may further include agenda items not previously identified for the multi-participant communication and determined using the real-time transcription of same.
DYNAMIC ENABLEMENT OF AVAILABLE MODES IN PRESENTATION SOFTWARE
Information associated with a user and a presentation made by the user is received. A presentation readiness of the user is dynamically detected. One or more of a presentation mode of a presentation software and a recording mode of the presentation software is initiated based on the received information and the dynamically detected presentation readiness.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR ENABLING TWO-WAY COMMUNICATION WITH VIDEO CONFERENCE WAITING ROOMS
One example method includes receiving, from a first client device, a request to join a video conference, the video conference having a main meeting, creating, in response to the request, a sub-meeting associated with the main meeting, connecting the first client device to the sub-meeting, connecting a host client device to the sub-meeting simultaneously with the host client device being connected to the main meeting, the host client device associated with a host of the main meeting, receiving first multimedia content from the first client device, and providing the first multimedia content to the host client device.
Automated Recording Highlights For Conferences
A transcript of a conference (e.g., a video conference, an audio conference, or a telephone call with two or more participants) is processed to extract a conference summary. Scores are determined for strings of the transcript that are used to select strings for inclusion in the conference summary. Determining the scores includes determining respective sentence vectors for strings. A sentence vector has elements corresponding to words in the transcript that are proportional to occurrences of the word in the string and inversely proportional to occurrences of the word in the transcript. A short video conference summary or a short audio conference summary is then generated using timestamps from the transcript associated with strings (e.g., sentences) that have been selected for inclusion in the conference summary. The short video or audio summary may be presented to users to enable efficient storage and transmission of conference information within a unified communications system.
Automated Recording Highlights For Conferences
A transcript of a conference (e.g., a video conference, an audio conference, or a telephone call with two or more participants) is processed to extract a conference summary. A graphical user interface is presented that enables a user to edit highlighting to select portions of a conference recording for inclusion in the conference summary. The user can edit highlighting on strings of a transcript and/or on a playback slide bar and the highlighting edits are propagated to both of these interfaces. Video clips selected for inclusion in a summary based on timestamps of strings in a transcript may be extended forward in time to incorporate a nearest I-frame of video. The short video or audio summary may be presented to users along with a text summary of the conference to enable efficient storage and transmission of information from the conference within a unified communications system.
