A method includes: defining, by a computer device, an audio collaborative environment; defining, by the computer device, an access control of the audio collaborative environment, wherein the access control includes a geofence; receiving, by the computer device, a request from at least one user device to connect to the audio collaborative environment; determining, by the computer device, the at least one user device satisfies the access control; connecting, by the computer device, the at least one user device to an audio channel of the audio collaborative environment; recording, by the computer device, audio data transmitted on the audio channel by the at least one user device; storing, by the computer device, the audio data in a record; tagging, by the computer device, respective portions of the audio data in the record; and presenting one of the respective portions of the audio data to a user based on the tagging.

The present disclosure relates to systems, non-transitory computer-readable media, and methods for generating contextually relevant transcripts of voice recordings based on social networking data. For instance, the disclosed systems receive a voice recording from a user corresponding to a message thread including the user and one or more co-users. The disclosed systems analyze acoustic features of the voice recording to generate transcription-text probabilities. The disclosed systems generate term weights for terms corresponding to objects associated with the user within a social networking system by analyzing user social networking data. Using the contextually aware term weights, the disclosed systems adjust the transcription-text probabilities. Based on the adjusted transcription-text probabilities, the disclosed systems generate a transcript of the voice recording for display within the message thread.

An inclusivity insights manager generates inclusivity metrics associated with inclusive behavior and language occurring during meetings to measure the level of inclusivity. The inclusivity metrics include attendee participation metrics measuring an amount of participation by each meeting attendee, participation in-person versus participation remotely, concurrent speech indicating attendees may be talking over one another or other interruptions occurring during meetings. Inclusivity metric data includes insights and actionable recommendations to improve inclusivity at future meetings provided at an individual level, group level or organizational level. The inclusivity insights can also include percentage metric values, graphs, feedback, and other metric-related information for improving participation by meeting attendees.
