METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR MAP-T BORDER RELAY DATA PLANE VERIFICATION
Methods and systems for performing a Mapping of Address and Port using translation (MAP-T) data plane verification. A method for performing a MAP-T data plane verification includes initiating, by a diagnostic server provisioned with at least MAP-T diagnostic rules, a MAP-T diagnostic on a border relay provisioned with MAP-T rules, generating, by the diagnostic server, a diagnostic packet per the MAP-T diagnostic rules, sending, by the diagnostic server, the diagnostic packet to the border relay, performing, by the border relay, a translation on the diagnostic packet per the provisioned MAP-T rules, analyzing, by the diagnostic server to generate a report, at least a translation accuracy of a received translated diagnostic packet, and configuring at least one device based on a received report.
METHOD, APPARATUS, AND STORAGE MEDIUM FOR ALERTING COOKING STATE OF ELECTRIC COOKER
Disclosed are a method, apparatus, and storage medium for alerting a cooking state of an electric cooker. The method includes: detecting a current cooking state of an electric cooker; generating cooking state alert information when a preset cooking state is detected; and sending the cooking state alert information to a target terminal for alerting a user to the current cooking state of the electric cooker.
TECHNIQUE FOR DETERMINING THE PRESENCE OF A PERIPHERAL DEVICE IN A SERVICE AREA OF A LOCAL NETWORK
The invention relates to a technique for determining the presence of a peripheral device (23, 26) in a service area of a local network (2). The local network includes a gateway (20) for accessing a communications network (1) and at least one relay device (21, 24). The peripheral device and the relay device(s) are arranged to communicate with other devices via a radio-access network. The access gateway controls at least one relay device, so that the latter scans frequencies for accessing the radio-access network. When the relay device receives an announcement message from the peripheral device, said relay device transmits a notification of detection of the peripheral device to the access gateway. The peripheral device is then identified as being present in the service area.
Method and apparatus for controlling electronic device
A method for controlling an electronic device includes: responsive to that a starting operation over a controlled electronic device is detected, a target electronic device at a distance that is within a preset distance away from the controlled electronic device is determined; a working mode of the target electronic device is determined; and responsive to that the working mode of the target electronic device is matched with a first preset working mode, a working mode of the controlled electronic device is adjusted to a second preset working mode to avoid interference from the controlled electronic device to use of the target electronic device.
Method and system for consolidating events across sensors
A method may receive, in response to a first event, a first sensor data from a first sensor, and receive, in response to the first event, a second sensor data from a second sensor. The method may select, from among a plurality of event profiles, a first event profile. The first event profile may comprise a first condition matching the first sensor data, a second condition matching the second sensor data, and a plurality of conditions which, when met, indicate the occurrence of the first event. Conditions may include a sensor data, a time period, a user data, a sequence of conditions, or a combination of such data. The first event profile may comprise a first event notice to be provided in response to the occurrence of the first event. The method may provide the first event notice to a recipient indicated by the event profile.
A SYSTEM FOR MANAGING SERVICES
A system for managing provided services is disclosed. The system receiving information regarding measureable events, determining a distribution pattern of the measureable events, determining an identity of a user based on the distribution pattern and providing instruction to controllable devices to alter surrounding conditions based at least on the identity of the user. In another aspect of the invention, the controllable devices may represent a second set of sensors that are used to collect data of a second type. The information collected from the second set of sensors may be used to determine a health status of a user.
Methods for prompting a user to use enhanced automation system features, and systems and devices related thereto
A control panel is used to control and/or monitor an automation system. The automation system may also be used in connection with one or more enhanced services, such as a remote access service. The remote access service may allow a user to control or monitor some or all aspects of the automation system through a remote computing device. To use the remote access service, or other enhanced services, the user may register to associate the user with the control panel of the automation system. If it is determined that the user has not registered, the service provider may send a message to the control panel. The message may prompt the user to register for the enhanced service. Optionally, contact information may be requested to allow a message to be sent to a personal device of the user to facilitate registration or use of the enhanced service.
COMMISSIONING A CONFIGURABLE USER CONTROL DEVICE FOR A LIGHTING CONTROL SYSTEM
A wireless lighting control system includes a remote server system connected to a wide area network and having software for configuring, monitoring, and controlling lighting fixtures at an installation site. The site includes wireless devices in communication with a gateway via a local wireless network and at least some of the wireless devices are configured to control lighting fixtures, including a configurable user control device, such as a wall dimmer switch, having user interface elements configurable to activate specific lighting effects, such as power, dimming, and scene control. A user computer device is connected to the wide area network and has a graphical user interface enabling virtually mapping of user interface elements to lighting effects. Configuration can advantageously be done without physical access to either the user control device or to the lighting controllers, fixtures, or other devices at the installation site.
AUGMENTED REALITY ENABLED COMMAND MANAGEMENT
The exemplary embodiments disclose a method, a computer program product, and a computer system for managing user commands. The exemplary embodiments may include a user giving one or more commands to one or more devices, collecting data of the one or more commands, extracting one or more features from the collected data, and determining which one or more of the commands should be executed on which one or more of the devices based on the extracted one or more features and one or more models.
Systems and methods for managing interaction with controllable lighting networks
Systems and methods for managing interaction with controllable lighting networks are disclosed. Particularly, a user's input regarding the user's preferred level of interaction with a controllable lighting network is used in conjunction with memories and processors, to selectively allow the controllable lighting network access to the user's personal data such as the user's identity or the user's personal lighting preferences. A user's preferred level of interaction with a controllable lighting network is also used, in conjunction with personal mobile electronic communication devices, to allow the user to control lighting within controllable lighting networks.
