METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR COMMUNICATING OVER A BUS
A communication system comprising: a digital serial bus, and a master device and at least one slave device connected to the bus. The master and the slave(s) are adapted to communicate according to a predefined communication protocol. The master is adapted for transmitting a continuous bitstream in the form of a plurality of frames, such that each frame comprises one or more words. Each word has a constant time duration, with the first word of each frame being a unique word transmitted by the master for indicating the start of a frame. One or more bits each word is transmitted by the master as a dominant bit; a non-dominant bit, for allowing the at least one slave to overwrite. The at least one slave is adapted for overwriting in the continuous bitstream some non-dominant bits to transmit data in a quasi-synchronous manner.
Access method with access slots and priority resolution
A time-division multiplex method for serial data transmission includes executing a first priority resolution for messages to be transmitted by a plurality of stations on a communications channel and which are assigned to a first prefix, and transmitting a first data frame by a first station of the multiplicity of stations, wherein the first station transmits a first message with the first prefix and with the highest priority, during a predefined first access slot. The method also includes executing a second priority resolution for messages to be transmitted on the communications channel and which are assigned to a second prefix, and then transmitting of a second data frame by a second station of the plurality of stations, where the second station transmits a second message with the second prefix and with the highest priority of the second priority resolution, during a predefined second access slot.
MESSAGE PROCESSING METHOD, APPARATUS, ELECTRONIC CONTROL UNIT AND READABLE STORAGE MEDIUM
Provided are a message processing method, an apparatus, an electronic control unit, and a readable storage medium. The method includes configuring different sending times for any two different electronic control units corresponding to the same message ID in sending time configuration information of electronic control units; and when sending messages to a CAN bus, sending, by the electronic control units, the messages to the CAN bus at available sending times according to corresponding sending time configuration information, so that the time for any two different electronic control units corresponding to the same message ID to send messages to the CAN bus is separated. The method can improve the safety of the unmanned system.
Time and event based message transmission
A system, apparatus and method for efficient utilization of available band-width on the system's bus connection. The system includes a scheduler configured to receive a virtual schedule that provides at least one slot for sending a message over the communication bus. A module is configured to send a message over the communication bus.
Method for serially transmitting a frame from a transmitter to at least one receiver by means of a bus system, and a subscriber station for a bus system
The disclosure relates to a method for serially transmitting a frame from a transmitter to at least one receiver by means of a bus line, as well as a subscriber station for a bus system. According to said method, stuff bits are inserted into the frame by the transmitter according to a predetermined rule in order to generate additional signal edges, and/or said stuff bits are removed again by the receiver when evaluating the frame, at least one item of information relating to a subsection of the frame additionally being added, and transmitted, outside of this subsection, and said subsection containing a predetermined sequence of bit values.
Method and device for operating a bus system
A method for operating a bus system in which a message of the bus system is received and its validity is ascertained, characterized in that, when it has been ascertained that the message is not valid, a defend message is transmitted to a designated recipient of the message, the defend message being configured so that the designated recipient is instructed by way of the defend message to initiate defensive measures against the message.
FRAUD DETECTION METHOD, FRAUD DETECTION DEVICE, AND RECORDING MEDIUM
A fraud detection method includes: determining whether a period of a message repeatedly transmitted in an in-vehicle network is anomalous; detecting whether arbitration occurs when the message is transmitted in the in-vehicle network; and determining that the message is an anomalous message, in the case where the period of the message is anomalous and no arbitration occurs when the message is transmitted in the in-vehicle network.
PRIORITIZED SERIAL COMMUNICATION
An electric system for transmitting serial communication messages with different priorities over a communication link. The data to be transmitted is arranged in serial communication messages comprising a start of packet (SOP) symbol and data symbols. The ongoing transmission of a first message is interrupted if a SOP symbol of a second message is sent before the first message has been completed. Transmission of the first message is continued only after the second message has been sent.
Method for transmitting data via a serial communication bus, bus interface, and computer program
An extension of the existing CAN FD data transmission protocol. The extension enables the use of the IPv6 protocol for the CAN bus. The CAN FD protocol is further developed in an incompatible way. One modification measure relates to the lengthening of the Data Field, which is positioned in the transmission frame after an Arbitration Field. An arbitrary number of bytes can be entered in the extended Data Field within a specified upper limit. Since the Data Field is transmitted at a higher bit rate field than the Arbitration Field, the data throughput is increased dramatically.
DRIVER APPARATUS FOR A DIFFERENTIAL BUS AND CORRESPONDING METHOD
Driver apparatus for a differential bus and corresponding method
A driver apparatus for a differential bus is provided, having a first transistor and a fourth transistor which are connected in order to drive the bus to a dominant state, and a second transistor and a third transistor which are connected in order to drive the bus to a recessive state. The driver apparatus also comprises a collision detection circuit which is set up to detect a collision state on the bus on the basis of measurements of currents through at least one transistor of the first, second, third and fourth transistors.
