A button carrier/adaptor assembly includes an anchor section, to which is attached a head section, and to which is attached a decorative cap. The decorative cap can be a separate removable and replaceable component or incorporated into the head section. The anchor section includes a planar base and a shaped protrusion, which will form the core of the total assembly. From an elevation view, the protrusion has a profile including a teardrop shaped distal section mounted to the base by a proximal shaft. The head section includes an upper mount portion and a hollow central shank that is partially hollow and includes an internal cavity from an open bottom end thereof. The internal cavity has an elevation profile which matches the profile of the shaped protrusion of the anchor section.

A button carrier/adaptor assembly includes an anchor section, to which is attached a head section, and to which is attached a decorative cap. The anchor section includes a planar base and a shaped protrusion, which will form the core of the total assembly. A leather belt has a buckle body and a belt body. The buckle body has a bottom base and a positioning segment. The bottom base has a through slot and a limiting groove. The through slot and the limiting groove are transversally formed through the bottom base and communicate with each other. The positioning segment is formed on and protrudes from the bottom base, and has a positioning rod. The belt body is connected to the buckle body and has a connecting end, a passing end, a first positioning hole, and multiple second positioning holes. The connecting end is connected to the positioning rod and is mounted in the limiting groove. The passing end is mounted in the through slot. The first positioning hole is formed through the belt body and is disposed around the positioning rod. The second positioning holes are formed through the belt body at intervals.

Implementations of button holders may include: a planar portion having a hole therethrough, one or more flanges configured to receive a pin-back button, the one or more flanges located around at least a portion of a perimeter of the hole on opposing sides of the hole and a messaging portion coupled on the planar portion above, below, or both above and below the hole. The flanges may be configured to removably couple to the button through a friction fit. The hole may be configured to allow a pin of the pin-back button to be accessible through the hole by a user to allow the pin to couple to user's clothing.

The frame body includes a plate-like portion and locking shafts extending upright from the first plate-like portion. The presser plate is formed with a hole into which the locking shafts are inserted for attaching the presser plate to the frame body. The locking shafts include horizontally protruding locking portions. The presser plate includes locked portions adjacent to the hole and configured to engage with the locking portions of the locking shafts The locking shafts are elastically deformable so as to approach each other when being inserted into the hole of the presser plate.

The presser plate includes locked portions adjacent to the hole and configured to engage with the locking portions of the locking shafts The locking shafts are elastically deformable so as to approach each other when being inserted into the hole of the presser plate.
