Embodiments of this application disclose a data transmission method and a communication apparatus. The method may be applied to a data transmission or data distribution scenario in a peer-to-peer P2P network. The method includes: A first end node sends delayed transmission information to a second end node, where the delayed transmission information indicates time information at which the first end node delays sending first data to the second end node. When determining that the second end node accepts the delayed transmission information, the first end node delays sending the first data to the second end node, to alleviate a load of the first end node, so that a network congestion problem caused by a large-scale concurrent data request can be resolved.
SYNCHRONIZATION CACHE SEEDING
Synchronization metadata is read from non-volatile storage. The synchronization metadata comprises indications of one or more synchronization targets. A synchronization target is a node of a clustered storage system. A synchronization cache is populated with the synchronization metadata. After populating the synchronization cache with at least a portion of the synchronization metadata, a connection to a network is established. After the connection to the network is established, a connection to a first of the one or more synchronization targets is established.

A content management system for collecting files from one or more submitters in a collection folder. A collector, who generates the collection folder, can invite one or more submitters to submit one or more files to the collection folder in response to a public file request. The one or more submitters have limited rights to the collection folder. The limited rights can include uploading rights and prohibiting a submitter from viewing files that other submitters associated with the collection folder submitted. Thus, the collection folder is able to store files from the one or more submitters, but prevent them from viewing other's submissions.

A traffic planning platform may receive information related to a traffic flow including a traffic bandwidth to transport through a network with various network devices interconnected by links. The traffic planning platform may generate a traffic plan by assigning the traffic flow to a set of the links that includes network resources connecting a source of the traffic flow to a destination of the traffic flow. The traffic planning platform may render a visualization of the traffic plan, wherein the visualization includes a user interface (e.g., a diagram, an animation, and/or the like) in which geometric shapes that represent the source, the peer link, and the destination are connected by bands that represent the tunnel and the external route and further in which the geometric shapes and the bands each have a first visual property and a second visual property based on the traffic bandwidth of the traffic flow.

The system also includes a plurality of infrastructure controllers, each having a state repository to maintain a state function of the plurality of infrastructure devices, including a first infrastructure controller associated with the first set of resources to perform the operation on the first set of resources, update a first state repository including an updated state of the first set of resources in response to the operation and broadcast the updated state of the first set of resources to each of the plurality of management controllers.

For instance, a method described herein includes transmitting, from a processor at a first vehicle that comprises the processor and memory, a request to access a pool of memory resources configured from a plurality of vehicles each having a local processor and memory, receiving, from a second vehicle of the plurality of vehicles, an indication to access the pool of memory resources, and reading data from or writing data to the memory at the second vehicle using the processor at the first vehicle based at least in part on receiving the indication to access the pool of memory resources.
