An exemplary method includes a computing system accessing a plurality of applications, generating an application access history specifying an order by which the applications are accessed by the computing system, and displaying an inter-application navigation user interface including a plurality of user-selectable graphical objects representing the plurality of applications accessed by the mobile phone device, the user-selectable graphical objects arranged in a slideable list within the inter-application navigation user interface based on the application access history. The plurality of applications represented by the plurality of user-selectable graphical objects in the inter-application navigation user interface includes an application being executed by the computing system and an application not being executed by the computing system when the inter-application navigation user interface is displayed. A wireless, multitenant video intercom door station is provided, along with methods for operating same. A common door station may be installed near a property entry door. The common door station may be utilized to select a desired tenant, and identify one or more tenant door stations and/or tenant personal electronic devices associated with the desired tenant. Responsive to determining that the outbound phone number is one of the plurality of target telephone numbers, one or more call control rules associated with the outbound phone number can be identified. Responsive to identifying the one or more call control rules associated with the outbound phone number, one or more actions to be carried out by the apparatus in accordance with the one or more call control rules can be identified.

Systems and methods consistent with the invention relate to automated business and service dialing. According to one exemplary embodiment, a business dialing system is disclosed. The system includes a memory configured to store a plurality of business objects containing phone numbers corresponding to a plurality of business entities. The system further includes a user input device configured to detect key presses. The system also includes a processor coupled to the user input device and the memory. The processor is configured to generate a key sequence and a number sequence based on the detected key presses. The processor is further configured to search the memory for business objects corresponding to the key sequence. The system further includes a display device configured to display the number sequence and the business objects. The user input interface is further configured to detect a selection of a business object, among the business objects, or a dial command. The processor is configured to perform an action associated with the selected business object if the selection of the business object is detected, and dial the number sequence as a phone number if the dial command is detected.

Methods, devices, and products utilize wireless-backup technologies to provide contact-reconciliation services with respect to sets of contacts stored on mobile devices. One embodiment of the inventions includes receiving an indication of an update event associated with a first set of contacts on a first mobile device, updating a remotely-stored copy of the first set of contacts, determining that a remotely-stored copy of a second set of contacts does not include a portion of contact information corresponding to the first mobile device, and updating the remotely-stored copy of the second set of contacts. In an embodiment, the remotely-stored copy of the second set of contacts is synchronized with the second set of contacts, thereby updating the second set of contacts.

The present invention provides a method and electronic device for searching for special contacts. The method for searching for special contacts comprises: receiving a search string input by a user; parsing the search string to obtain a feature code corresponding to a capability type of target contacts and a keyword used for searching to obtain the target contacts; and according to the feature code and the keyword, searching, in a contact database, for contacts having contact information matching the keyword and having the capability type corresponding to the feature code, and using the found contacts as the target contacts. By means of the technical solution of the present invention, exact search for target contacts having a specified capability type is realized, and information of all the target contacts having the specified capability type can be found, thereby meeting a user demand of searching for special contacts, improving the accuracy of contact search, and contributing to improvement of the operating experience of the user.

Methods and systems utilize a shake and transfer process to initiate a wireless communication and provide a user device with time and location information of the communication, which can be associated with contact information of a user of the other device. As a result, a user has additional information associated with a contact, and the time and location information can be used to determine or track elapsed time and distance traveled between communications.

Embodiments of the present disclose provide a contact information presentation method, a contact information determining method, and a related device. The method includes: obtaining an icon of a contact, where the icon of the contact includes an identifier of the contact and a feature icon of the contact, the feature icon of the contact is determined according to feature information of the contact, and the feature information of the contact includes at least one of social text information of the contact or measurement data of the contact; and presenting the icon of the contact on a contact screen. According to the foregoing technical solutions, when user equipment presents a contact screen, an icon of a contact presented on the contact screen can reflect a feature of the contact.
