Silent Invocation of Emergency Broadcasting Mobile Device
Systems and methods are disclosed for discreetly broadcasting emergency communications to emergency contacts from a mobile computing device. To accomplish the foregoing, a shutdown command is received on a mobile computing device to initiate a shutdown process. In accordance with the shutdown process, the mobile computing device monitors for a preconfigured passcode, picture, or combination of inputs to authorize the actual shutdown of the mobile computing device. Based on determining that the received passcode, picture, or combination of inputs is different than their preconfigured counterparts, a pseudo-shutdown mode is enabled, emulating an actual shutdown of the mobile computing device. The emergency broadcast mode of the mobile computing device is also started when the pseudo-shutdown mode enabled, to discreetly alert emergency contacts with emergency mode data generated by the mobile computing device.
Mobile hardware for automated response to distress signal
A system for facilitating automated response to a distress signal includes an attachment for a multifunction mobile computing device. In some embodiments, the attachment removably articulates to a sensor location coupled to a housing of the multifunction mobile computing device. In some embodiments, the system includes a computer program product in a non-transitory computer-readable medium. In some embodiments, the program instructions are computer-executable by the multifunction mobile computing device to implement detecting a disarticulation of the attachment from the sensor location on the multifunction mobile computing device, and, responsive to the detecting the disarticulation of the attachment from the sensor location on the multifunction mobile computing device, transmitting to a distress signal response receiver over a radio-frequency network from a radio-frequency transmitter located within a housing of the multifunction mobile computing device the distress signal.
Emergency notification system and server
An emergency notification system and server are provided. The emergency notification system includes a wearable device that senses biosignals of a user wearing the wearable device and captures environment data; and a mobile device that periodically receives at least one of the biosignals and the environment data from the wearable device, determines a distance between the mobile device and the wearable device, periodically transmits the at least one of the biosignals and the environment data to a server, requests the wearable device to provide the at least one of the biosignals and the environment data, and transmits the received at least one of the biosignals and the environment data to the server.
Enhanced Location Based Information Enabling Self-Realized Leases
Methods, devices and systems for generating enhanced location information on or about a wireless device. A fixed wireless device (e.g., fixed infrastructure device) may be configured to determine its current location based on location information received from one or more other devices. For example, the fixed wireless device may determine its current three-dimensional location based on latitude coordinate values, longitude coordinate values, and altitude coordinate values received from a plurality of the devices that are in proximity to the fixed wireless device. The fixed wireless device may then dynamically determine whether the fixed wireless device should be included in a telecommunication resource lease based on its determined current location. The fixed wireless device may allocate its available radio frequency resources use by devices that subscribe to a different network in response to determining that it should be included in the telecommunication resource lease.
Proximity alert and personalized instructions responsive to a physical distress
A method, system, and/or computer program product control transmission of assistance requests between electronic devices. One or more processors detect an emergency condition being experienced in real-time by a distressed person. The processor(s) identify at least one assistance candidate that is within a predetermined proximity of the distressed person, and determine a skill level of the at least one assistance candidate for treating the emergency condition. The processor(s) tailor an assistance request on behalf of the distressed person based on the skill level of the at least one assistance candidate, and transmit the assistance request to an electronic device in possession of the at least one assistance candidate.
TELECOMMUNICATIONS EMERGENCY DEVICE
Presented herein are methods, systems, devices, and computer-readable media for recording and conveying information/data by a device. The device may record and store data associated with a catastrophic or emergency event. The device may transmit and convey data to facilitate locating the device after a catastrophic event. In some embodiments, a device may be configured to be ejected from a vehicle before or during a catastrophic event.
Electronic device
An electronic device may include a position detecting unit that detects a position; a time detecting unit that detects a time; a communicating unit that communicates with a first device provided separately from the position detecting unit and the time detecting unit; and an instructing unit that instructs, via the communicating unit, a first detecting unit provided to the first device to perform detection according to a detection result of the position detecting unit and the time detecting unit. An electronic device may include a position detecting unit that detects a position; a time detecting that detects a time; a physical amount detecting unit that detects a physical amount of an ambient environment according to a detection result position detecting unit and the time detecting unit; and a human detecting that performs detection about human according to a detection result of the physical amount detecting unit.
Wellness aggregator
The present disclosure relates to aggregating and sharing wellness data. The wellness data can be received by a user device from any number of sensors external or internal to the user device, from a user manually entering the wellness data, or from other users or entities. The user device can securely store the wellness data on the user device and transmit the wellness data to be stored on a remote database. A user of the device can share some or all of the wellness data with friends, relatives, caregivers, healthcare providers, or the like. The user device can further display a user's wellness data in an aggregated view of different types of wellness data. Wellness data of other users can also be viewed if authorizations from those users have been received.

METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR AN EMERGENCY LOCATION INFORMATION SERVICE (E-LIS) FOR INTERNET OF THINGS (IoT) DEVICES
A method and system for determining and verifying a location of network devices connected to the Internet of Things (IoT). The method and system provide a current physical geographic location for such IoT network devices and/or a user of the IoT network device in an emergency situation such as an accident, health, fitness, fire, terrorist attack, military incident, weather, flood event, etc. and forwarding the current physical geographic location to a legacy 911 network, NG-911 network, a Emergency Services IP networks (ESInet) or text-to-911 Short Message Services (SMS) networks to alert emergency responders.
