A mobile device includes a camera unit, a location unit, a transmitting unit, a self-defense mechanism, and a panic button. The camera unit location unit obtains at least one of image data and audio data, and the location unit obtains location data. The transmitting unit transmits at least one of the image data, the audio data, the location data, and specific information including owner identification information. The panic button is adapted to activate the camera, the location unit, the transmitting unit, and the self-defense mechanism.

The system includes at least one server configured to: receive, from a user device, an incident report, the incident report including an identifier of a user associated with the user device, a location associated with an incident, and information relating to the incident; identify a plurality of users in proximity to the location; and transmit an alert to a plurality of user devices associated with the plurality of users to inform the plurality of users of the incident.

The mobile terminal includes a microprocessor, a display screen, a first GPS positioning module, a battery, an emergency call button, a first GPRS communication module, a first wireless communication module, a first camera, a loudspeaker, and a microphone. The streetlamp includes a central processor, a power supply, a second camera, a mobile device, a second GPS positioning module, a second wireless communication module, and a second GPRS communication module. The caller sends a distress signal to the streetlamp. The streetlamp is automatically illuminated and the direction of the camera is adjusted to the escape direction of the suspect. All streetlamps located on the escape route of the suspect are turned on to capture the escape route of the suspect. The streetlamp sends the information to the management center by means of the server.

A community safety system (CSS) including a notification management entity (NME) comprising servers, the NME communicatively coupled to multiple user devices and one or more administrator devices (collectively, registered user devices). The CSS includes a plurality of registered users, wherein registered users may share their own location, as well as sighting information about the location of a source of an emergency (e.g. a perpetrator) with the NME of the CSS. The NME may generate and provide display objects on a visualization interface of one or more users mobile devices displaying a map, the display objects indicative of user locations and/or emergency source location in the map displayed (e.g., in accordance with the map coordinate system).

DEVICES AND METHODS FOR EFFICIENT EMERGENCY CALLING
Disclosed are devices, systems, methods, and media for efficient emergency calling using digital devices. In some embodiments, a user is able to make an emergency call by a one-touch or dual-touch process. An authentication process may reduce inadvertent and unauthorized emergency calling. Persistent emergency buttons are also disclosed that may be used for calling emergency in different states of the device.

The system comprises: a network monitoring module configured for monitoring signals received over a data network for a presence of one or more event notifying signals indicative of a relevant incident within a geographic area; and an assessment module configured for determining if the relevant incident could impact any persons or property of an enterprise or organization within the geographic area and identifying a first group of people of the enterprise or organization who could be impacted by the relevant incident. The system further comprising the resource response module configured for communicating a response to a computing device associated with each person of the first group of people, where the response provides indication of the relevant incident.
