A system and method for automated chatbot testing to provide training and quality assurance of conversational artificial intelligence systems, comprising a chatbot testing administrator interface which allows chatbot makers to define what a chatbot is supposed to do, create test scripts to test the performance of the chatbot, and review the results of the chatbot tests, a chatbot testing server which provides and interface between chatbot testing agents and the administrator interface, instantiates chatbot agents and distributes them across available hardware and runs testing programs which activate, configure, and deactivate chatbot testing agents as needed. A plurality of chatbot agents may be running in parallel to provide automated testing based upon test script configuration.
Techniques for managing a 933 test call pertaining to emergency services
Techniques for customizing an audio response to emergency test calls are provided. The technique includes receiving a Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) emergency test call from a test call device by an emergency service (ES) provider. Call information specific to the VoIP emergency test call is obtained from an ES provider customer database associated with the ES provider. The obtained call information specific to the VoIP emergency test call is provided to an emergency test call audio generation server. A customized audio response to the VoIP emergency test call is generated and returned to the test call device based on the provided call information specific to the VoIP emergency test call using text-to-speech technology.

An example method includes receiving a user request to service a telephony system of a user, and transmitting a set of available session initiation protocol (SIP) providers to a user computing device for analysis by the user. Responsive to receiving a user input, the example method includes connecting the user computing device to an SIP trunk, connecting to a serviceable call location included in the user request through the SIP trunk, wherein connecting to the serviceable call location initiates a data stream, and executing a servicing task included in the user request. The example method includes recording a portion of the data stream during execution of the servicing task, storing the portion of the data stream, and causing the user computing device to display the portion of the data stream for viewing by the user.

System for administering test cases from a mobile device for a telecommunications network
The disclosed technology includes at least one method that enables a user of a wireless mobile device to remotely administer test cases that check the performance of telecommunications network nodes. The method includes authenticating a user for a limited time period in which the user can remotely administer the test cases. While being temporarily authenticated, the user can configure the test cases by associating services or operations with particular nodes. The executed test cases cause the nodes to generate data that indicate performance of the nodes in response to the services or operations. The results can be displayed at the mobile device used to remotely administer the test cases.
