SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR INTERACTION CALLBACK PACING
20170289355 · 2017-10-05 ·

A system includes a processor and a memory. The memory stores instructions, which when executed by the processor, causes the processor to receive a request for an interaction with an agent device. The processor determines a patience time threshold for the customer in response to the request for an interaction. The processor suggests to return to the interaction at a time based on the patience time threshold, and performs the return interaction by the agent device based on the determination.

EMERGENCY CALL BACK FOR REMOTE WORKERS

A fingerprint is received from a communication endpoint. The fingerprint is based on a hardware identifier of the communication endpoint. For example the fingerprint may be based on a Media Access Control (MAC) address of the communication endpoint. A request for an emergency call from the communication endpoint is received that also includes the fingerprint. For instance, a user may initiate a 911 call from the communication endpoint. The emergency call is established. After the emergency call is disconnected, a request for an emergency call back is received. For example, if the emergency call prematurely disconnected, the emergency call back is initiated. The request for the emergency call back is routed to the communication endpoint based on the fingerprint to ensure that the emergency call is properly completed.

Customer callback reward system and method

A system, method and non-transitory computer readable medium including computer-executable instructions for handling calls. In an exemplary method of the disclosure, it may be determined whether a call should be transferred from the VSS to an agent based on, for example, agent availability or queue wait times. When it is determined to transfer the call to the agent, it may be determined whether a callback call should be offered to the caller. When it is determined to offer the callback call, one or more time blocks may be provided to which the caller can initiate the callback call to receive higher priority routing. Upon calling back into the system within one of the time blocks, the call may receive preferential routing treatment.

Automated chatbot transfer to live agent

Disclosed are methods, systems, and machine-readable mediums which provide for customer chatbots that detect a customer handoff condition and in response, transferring the customer to a communication session with a live agent. The handoff condition may comprise an inability to understand the customer, an inability to answer the customer's question, expressions of frustration or anger on the part of the customer, a customer's express request to be transferred, or the like. The live agent may receive a complete history of the conversation with the chatbot so that the customer does not have to repeat him or herself to the live agent. The chatbot chat session may be linked to a social networking account of the customer and may take place in association with a social networking profile page of the company.

System and method for secure transitory data storage and management

A system and method for secure storage and management of transitory data, comprising at least a profile manager, a callback manager, a context analysis engine, and a vault manager, which allows a user to create a data container to store data preferences, which encrypts the data stored within a data container, which creates a password for accessing the data container, which temporarily stores the data container, which manages data container interactions between the system user and a second user, such as a business enterprise, and which establishes default preferences and creates a default container based upon context content data.

ANSWERING SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR VOICE TO TEXT TRANSITION

Systems, methods, and non-transitory computer-readable media can establish a voice communication with a computing device over one or more networks, wherein the voice communication was initiated by a user operating the computing device, and wherein the computing system is associated with an entity; determine a user selection of an option to interact with one or more representatives of the entity over a messaging session, the option being provided by the computing system during the voice communication; and establish the messaging session between the user operating the computing device and at least one representative of the entity.

PROMPT FEATURE TO LEAVE VOICEMAIL FOR APPROPRIATE ATTRIBUTE-BASED CALL BACK TO CUSTOMERS
20210409546 · 2021-12-30 ·

Systems and methods are provided for attribute-based client callbacks. A client is prompted to leave a voice message. Attributes are extracted from the voice message and, based on the attributes, tokens created for the selection of an appropriate agent is connected to the client, such as having skills or attributes matching one or more tokens. A callback application server transmits prompts and receives requests for client callbacks. an interaction manager determines agent availability and arranges callback handling, and a session management server initiates callbacks to connect the selected agent with the client.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR HYBRID CALLBACK MANAGEMENT AND FAILURE RECOVERY

A system and method for hybrid callback management and failure recovery, utilizing a callback cloud and an on-premise callback system, allowing brands to utilize a hybrid system that protects against any premise outages or cloud service faults and failures by introducing redundancies and co-maintenance of data key to callback execution.

Systems and methods of live streaming emergency dispatch data to first responders

Systems, devices, and methods including: capturing, by a capture device, an audio and corresponding location metadata associated with an emergency call; refining the location metadata to provide a refined location metadata; correlating, by the capture device, the refined location metadata of the emergency call with a geofenced location of the computing devices of one or more first responders (FRs); screening, by the capture device or the computing device, the emergency call data; transmitting, by the capture device, a first signal to the one or more computing devices based on the correlation, the transmitted signal including a portion of the captured audio and corresponding location metadata; receiving, by the capture device, an accept signal from the one or more computing devices of one or more FRs; transmitting, by the capture device, a second signal to the one or more computing devices based on the received accept signal.
