An athletic parameter measurement device worn by an athlete during an athletic activity session includes a housing which attaches to the athlete, a display, a processor associated with the display, and an athletic parameter measurement sensor. During the athletic activity, the device detects, using the sensor, a vertical jump height of the athlete, and displays, during the performance of the athletic activity session, a representation of the vertical jump height on the display.

COMBINING VIDEO STREAMS HAVING DIFFERENT INFORMATION-BEARING LEVELS

A method includes recording a first video stream characterized by a first value of a first quality characteristic. The method includes determining that the first video stream satisfies a trigger criterion. The trigger criterion characterizes a threshold amount of video content change information. The method includes, in response to determining that the first video stream satisfies the trigger criterion, obtaining a second video stream characterized by a second value of a second quality characteristic. The second video stream includes scene information also included in the first video stream. The second value of the second quality characteristic is indicative of a higher quality video stream than the first value of the first quality characteristic. The method includes generating a third video stream by adding information from the second video stream to the first video stream. The third video stream corresponds to a higher quality version of the first video stream.

Imaging device and playback device

An imaging device includes an imaging element that acquires a first image based on signal charge generated during a first accumulation time, and a second image based on signal charge generated during a second accumulation time relatively longer than the first accumulation time and synchronized with the first image during a synchronization period including the first accumulation time, and a moving image file generating unit that generates a moving image file including a first moving image based on the first image, a second moving image based on the second image, and synchronization information for synchronizing the first moving image and the second moving image frame by frame.

An immersive computing machine makes a recording of an immersive MR scene. The recording includes sufficient data to reconstruct multiple different three-dimensional views of the scene depending on a perspective of a viewer using another immersive computing machine. One or multiple viewers may enter a playback of the recorded immersive scene and make further immersive recordings. The scene may be a still or a motion scene. The immersive recording is transmitted with a two-dimensional version of the recording that can be viewed on a non-immersive device, which can add the three-dimensional immersive recording to a queue for later viewing on an immersive device.

Imaging apparatus, electronic device and imaging system

An imaging apparatus includes: a first imaging unit that captures an image of a subject and generates first video data; a first communication unit that communicates with a plurality of electronic devices, and receives second video data generated by the plurality of electronic devices and evaluation information indicating priorities of the second video data; an image processor that performs synthesis processing of synthesizing a first video and a second video, the first video being indicated by the first video data, and the second video being indicated by the second video data received from at least one electronic device of the plurality of electronic devices; and a first controller that controls the synthesis processing in the image processor. The first controller selects the at least one electronic device of the plurality of electronic devices based on the evaluation information received from each of the plurality of electronic devices, the at least one electronic device providing the second video data to be used for the synthesis processing.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR INTELLIGENTLY RECORDING VIDEO DATA STREAMS

Systems and methods for intelligently recording video data streams are provided. Some methods can include determining whether an area of interest in a first high resolution video data stream of a field of view of a camera includes motion. When the area of interest includes the motion, the area of interest can be cropped from the first high resolution video data stream to form a second high resolution video data stream of the area of interest, and the first high resolution video data stream of an area of non-interest in the field of view can be converted into a first low resolution video data stream of the area of non-interest. When the area of interest fails to include the motion, the first high resolution video data stream of the field of view can be converted into a second low resolution video data stream of the field of view.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR SUPPORTING SELECTIVE BACTRACKING DATA RECORDING

Systems and methods can support a data processing apparatus. The data processing apparatus can include a data processor that is associated with a data capturing device on a stationary object and/or a movable object. The data processor can receive data in a data flow from one or more data sources, wherein the data flow is configured based on a time sequence. Then, the data processor can receive a control signal, which is associated with a first timestamp, wherein the first timestamp indicates a first time. Furthermore, the data processor can determine a first data segment by applying the first timestamp on the data flow, wherein the first data segment is associated with a time period in the time sequence that includes the first time.

The disclosure provides a method, device, storage medium and program product for video recording. The method includes: in response to a shooting initiation instruction, placing a video frame image collected by a camera into a first video track, and displaying the video frame image in the first video track; in response to a playing instruction for a second video, placing a video frame image of the second video into a second video track, and displaying the video frame image in the second video track; in response to a pausing playing instruction for the second video, pausing placing the video frame image of the second video into the second video track; and in response to a recording instruction, synthesizing the video frame image in the first video track with the video frame image in the second video track to obtain a video frame image of a recorded video.
