A non-transitory computer-readable recording medium stores instructions which cause, when executed by a processor, a computer to obtaining designated data and designated condition information. The designated data includes the image data and, the designated condition information indicates multiple designated parameters respectively corresponding to multiple items constituting an execution condition for an outputting operation. The instructions cause the computer to transmit parameter request information to a server, receive parameter instruction information including recommendable parameters associated with the group identifying information from the server as a response to the parameter request information, cause the image outputting device to execute the outputting operation using the recommendable parameters included in the parameter instruction information as the parameters for the particular items, and using the designated parameters for the other items.

An information processing apparatus comprises: a holding unit that holds destination information as a data sending destination of a data sending apparatus; an obtaining unit that obtains data of a setting screen from the data sending apparatus; a determination unit that determines whether a program for displaying the destination information on the setting screen is included in the data of the setting screen obtained by the obtaining unit; a display unit that, based on that the determination unit determining that the program is included, obtains the destination information from the holding unit and selectably displays the destination information on the setting screen by executing the program; and a sending unit that sends the selected destination information to the data sending apparatus by accepting selection of the destination information via the setting screen displayed by the display unit.

A communication apparatus may perform: constructing a first wireless network to which the communication apparatus and an external apparatus belong and an access point does not belong; receiving, from the external apparatus by using the constructed first wireless network, a wireless setting used in a second wireless network, the second wireless network being a network to which the communication apparatus, the external apparatus, and the access point are to belong; establishing a wireless connection with the access point by using the received wireless setting; obtaining a first IP address of the communication apparatus in the second wireless network; sending the obtained first IP address to the external apparatus by using the first wireless network after the wireless connection with the access point has been established; and receiving a signal from the external apparatus via the access point by using the second wireless network.

A network facsimile apparatus includes a transmission job accepting portion, a gateway data acquiring portion, a geographical correspondence data acquiring portion, a closest region identifying portion, and a FAX transmission requesting portion. The closest region identifying portion identifies closest geographical information from among a plurality of pieces of geographical information in geographical correspondence data corresponding to area codes of a plurality of gateway line numbers. The closest geographical information indicates a region closest to a region indicated by a piece of geographical information that corresponds to an area code of the destination line number set in the FAX transmission data. The FAX transmission requesting portion transmits the FAX transmission data, via the network, to a FAX gateway to which a gateway address corresponding to the closest geographical information has been assigned, and requests a FAX transmission to be performed via the public line based on the FAX transmission data.

In embodiments disclosed herein disclose methods and systems for providing a multitenant facsimile server. The computer instructions may be executable to maintain a set of entity information, wherein the entity information defines a plurality of tenants, and maintain a database configured to store transmitted and received fax documents corresponding to a plurality of tenants. The computer instructions may be further executable to receive a facsimile document at the fax server, wherein the facsimile document comprises one of a document to be transmitted or a received fax. The computer instructions may be further executable to identify a tenant associated with the document based on an identifier. Further, the computer instructions may be executable to store the document in the database, wherein the document is associated with the tenant in the database.

An information processing system includes one or more devices configured to operate based on setting information for controlling an operation; and at least one external device configured to change the setting information of the device. The external device includes circuitry configured to: acquire the setting information of the device, generate change information obtained by changing the acquired setting information, and set the change information in the device. A print system made up of networked devices, which include a management server, a client, and a printer. The client provides attribute information, indicating at least one attribute of the client, and capability information, indicating a capability of the client, to the management server. The management server uses the capability and attribute information provided by the client to generate a map indicating, for each of a plurality of services forming part of a print process, address information of at least one networked device capable of performing the service. The management server provides the map to the client. The client uses the address information of the map in the performance of the print process.
