In a case where an IP address is not available in a printing apparatus, the printing apparatus generates a Bluetooth low energy packet including a specific value as the IP address, and transmits the generated Bluetooth low energy packet to a mobile terminal. Upon receiving of the Bluetooth low energy packet, a mobile terminal displays a message corresponding to the specific value.

An image processing apparatus includes a communicator that performs wireless communication with a terminal device; and a controller. The controller performs pairing with the terminal device, establishes wireless communication with the paired terminal device via the communicator, acquires information on a transmission destination of an image from the terminal device, disconnects the wireless communication after acquiring the information on the transmission destination, and releases the pairing with the terminal device by disconnecting the wireless communication.

In a communication system, an image forming apparatus sends an address of a receiving section to an external device. The image forming apparatus accepts a selection indicating whether a communication between the external device and the image forming apparatus is performed by a first communication system method or a second communication system method. The image forming apparatus performs sending and/or receiving the image data with the address by the first communication system method when the first communication system method is selected, and performs sending and/or receiving the image data with the address by the second communication system method when the second communication system method is selected.

A printing apparatus of the present invention has a printer unit, a display unit for displaying a screen, and a setting unit for setting either of a first setting for displaying the screen by standard color information and a second setting for displaying the screen by color information different to the standard color information.
