A flexible printed circuit board includes an electrically conductive line and a land that is connected to the electrically conductive line and to be connected to a terminal. The land includes soldering portions that have metal surfaces and to which the terminal is to be soldered. A dividing section is between the soldering portions and the dividing section has a non-metal surface and defines each of the soldering portions that are adjacent to each other.
Electronic component mounting substrate and manufacturing method thereof
An electronic component mounting substrate includes an electronic component and a substrate that are electrically connected at a plurality of places on a bottom surface of the electronic component. At least two places of the plurality of places are electrically connected by bonding using a conductive adhesive, and places other than the at least two places of the plurality of places are electrically connected by soldering using a paste solder.
BOARD, CIRCUIT BOARD, AND FIXTURE
A board, including a first pad area, a second pad area, a first micro heater, a second micro heater, a first heater terminal pad, a second heater terminal pad, and a third heater terminal pad, is provided. The first pad area and the second pad area respectively include at least one pad. The first micro heater and the second micro heater are respectively disposed corresponding to the first pad area and the second pad area. The first heater terminal pad and the second heater terminal pad form a loop with the first micro heater by being electrically connected to an outside, so that the first micro heater generates heat. The second heater terminal pad and the third heater terminal pad form another loop with the second micro heater by being electrically connected to the outside, so that the second micro heater generates heat. A circuit board and a fixture are also provided.
Hybrid nanosilver/liquid metal ink composition and uses thereof
The present disclosure is directed to a hybrid conductive ink including: silver nanoparticles and eutectic low melting point alloy particles, wherein a weight ratio of the eutectic low melting point alloy particles and the silver nanoparticles ranges from 1:20 to 1:5. Also provided herein are methods of forming an interconnect including a) depositing a hybrid conductive ink on a conductive element positioned on a substrate, wherein the hybrid conductive ink comprises silver nanoparticles and eutectic low melting point alloy particles, the eutectic low melting point alloy particles and the silver nanoparticles being in a weight ratio from about 1:20 to about 1:5; b) placing an electronic component onto the hybrid conductive ink; c) heating the substrate, conductive element, hybrid conductive ink and electronic component to a temperature sufficient i) to anneal the silver nanoparticles in the hybrid conductive ink and ii) to melt the low melting point eutectic alloy particles, wherein the melted low melting point eutectic alloy flows to occupy spaces between the annealed silver nanoparticles, d) allowing the melted low melting point eutectic alloy of the hybrid conductive ink to harden and fuse to the electronic component and the conductive element, thereby forming an interconnect. Electrical circuits including conductive traces and, optionally, interconnects formed with the hybrid conductive ink are also provided.
Light-emitting module for vehicle lamp
Disclosed is a light-emitting module, comprising: a circuit board, a conductive layer, a light-emitting device, and an adhesive material. The circuit board comprises a device-attachment area, the conductive layer being disposed on the device-attachment area, the light-emitting device being disposed on the conductive layer and electrically connected to the circuit board through the conductive layer, and the adhesive layer being used for connecting the light-emitting device to the circuit board, wherein a curing temperature of the adhesive layer is lower than a melting point of the conductive layer. Adopting the aforementioned technical means, the degree of offset in the position of the light-emitting device after reflow soldering can be greatly reduced. In addition, a vehicle lamp device using the light-emitting module is also provided.
ELECTRONIC DEVICE
An electronic device includes a mounting member having a surface, an electronic component, a solder and a sidefill. The electronic component has a plurality of electrodes on a surface and is mounted on the surface of the mounting member so that the surface of the electronic component having the electrodes faces the surface of the mounting member. The solder is disposed between the mounting member and at least one of the electrodes of the electronic component to electrically and mechanically connect between the at least one of the electrodes and the mounting member. The sidefill is disposed on a periphery of the solder and mechanically connects between the electronic component and the mounting member.
Method and structure for die bonding using energy beam
Disclosed is a die-bonding method which provides a target substrate having a circuit structure with multiple electrical contacts and multiple semiconductor elements each semiconductor element having a pair of electrodes, arranges the multiple semiconductor elements on the target substrate with the pair of electrodes of each semiconductor element aligned with two corresponding electrical contacts of the target substrate, and applies at least one energy beam to join and electrically connect the at least one pair of electrodes of every at least one of the multiple semiconductor elements and the corresponding electrical contacts aligned therewith in a heating cycle by heat carried by the at least one energy beam in the heating cycle. The die-bonding method delivers scattering heated dots over the target substrate to avoid warpage of PCB and ensures high bonding strength between the semiconductor elements and the circuit structure of the target substrate.
Light device, headlight and method
A light device may include a printed circuit board having at least one conductive section. An LED may be electrically connected and fixed on a conductive section of the printed circuit board by means of a soldered connection. The printed circuit board may also include a coating-type insulating layer and/or the conductive section has an edge. The fixing region of the LED is connected to a discharge space by means of an outlet, so that during the production process, melted solder can flow off in a defined manner. The arrangement and/or embodiment of the outlet is such that in a preferred direction of movement of the LED is developed in order to position same in a defined manner.

A component carrier includes (a) a first stack with at least one first electrically conductive layer structure and/or at least one first electrically insulating layer structure; (b) a hole formed within the first stack; and (c) a non-deformable solid body closing a portion of the hole and being spaced with respect to side walls of the hole by a gap. A component carrier assembly includes (a) a component carrier as described above; (b) a second stack having at least one second electrically conductive layer structure and/or at least one second electrically insulating layer structure; and (c) a connection piece connecting the first stack with the second stack. Further described are methods for manufacturing such a component carrier and such a component carrier assembly.

The electronic device includes a first region, a second region, an electronic component, and a first sensing element. The second region is adjacent to the first region. The first region has a first pliability. The second region has a second pliability. The second pliability is greater than the first pliability. The electronic component is disposed at the first region. The first sensing element is disposed at the second region and electrically connected to the electronic component.
